History

Columbia Dentoform manikins combine the simulation tools necessary for

a student's laboratory or pre-clinical practice.The complete line includes
metal craniums, Fletcher masks, and x-ray models. All Columbia Dentoform
models, teeth, and tooth preparations - even radiopaque plastic teeth,
latex tongues, flexible fingers for holding film, and other teaching aids - can
be utilized with Columbia Dentoform manikins.They can be adapted to conform
to the teaching, demonstration or practice requirements of any available with
mounts to fit any bench, table or chair.

M-1R3 Bench Mount

This unit can be used with most dental chairs, and has been especially useful
where several different kinds of chairs may be utilized. The upright rod has a
small universal ball-joint to simulate neck movement.

M-1R-10 Chair Mount

The chair mount is ideal for use in teaching patient simulation in a clinical setting.
The mount permits adjustments to simulate all normal chair positions and may be
easily and quickly attached to most dental chairs.

M-5-BJ Bench Mount

Adjustable unit with heavy-duty ball-joint in the upright rod, allowing rotation of the model.
Base part clamps to bench-top.

M-8-1 Bench Mount

This small, portable bench-clamp manikin is popular with dental students, dental assistant and
dental hygiene classes. Features light- weight universal ball-joint for simulating neck movement.

XPH-2 Fletcher Mask

The soft vinyl Fletcher" mask provides lifelike simulation. Fletcher masks are
extremely durable and resistant to tearing. Placed over the cranium (AH-1-BP)
it completes the armamentarium necessary to prepare students for
clinical dentistry.

AH-1-BP Cranium
Alurninal head with Buccal plates without Fletcher. This metal craniurn allows
the student to experience lifelike simulation when attached to either a chair
(M-1R-10) or Bench (M-5-BJ) mount. It is required when using the soft vinyi
Fletcher mask.

Pedo-X-ray Manikin
This manikin provides simulation of a deciduous dentition (mixed dentition) attached to a chair mounted simulator.
The special model design and attachments permit students to learn proper pedodontic radiographic techniques.

M-1974
X-ray manikin, complete with either bench mount or chair mount. Manikin includes special Dentoform model with
radiopaque plastic teeth. Flexible finger for holding film, bite-opening adjustment, and latex tongue. lvorine- models
with soft gingiva can be interchanged with x-ray models as an added feature. Full and partial edentulous Dentoform

M-IR-DA-8 Manikin Outfit

This chair manikin outfit is ideal for Auxiliary training in the dental office. The outfit is the simplest and least expensive for
chairside training of Assistants and Hygienists. Manikin includes chair mount, Dentoform model for technique-training,
Aluminal skull, and soft outer Plassein Head (Fletcher). Latex tongue, radiopaque x-ray models, and other optional
parts can be integrated into this outfit. The universal ball-joint allows for rotation of head into a variety of positions.

M-1R-7 Manikin Outfit

Chair Mount Only
This manikin outfit can be attached to most modern chairs. It is supplied with two heavy-duty ball-joints to simulate
neck and shoulder movements. It has been particularly popular for Auxiliary and Expanded-Duty instructional programs.
Dentoform model and/or Head is available.
