-Beginning of this year we landed couple of northern natural gas jobs and two

engineers from AZ Jill Futia & Alex Weiss had an opportunity to work on this project
and broaden their skills. This collaboration between IA & AZ office is going well and
we expect it to continue as we go after various projects

- At AZ-intel, we resumed work on IRC3 Project, after a month and half long break,
due to contractual issues between Intel & electrical contractor. This was crucial for
us and will likely keep 2 engineers and our field team busy till the end of this year.

- At AZ-Intel, we are waiting to see how their recent layoffs are going to affect our
existing or future contracts. Fab42 still sits empty and we are hoping that Intel
makes a decision by the end of this year.
