 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

* VAT : Inclusive.
* Part order is not aceeptable or subject to our confirmation.
* Delivery period : Within 2-3 weeks after receipt of your Clear & confirmed written order with 50% advance.
* Payment : 50% Booking advance alongwith order, 40% before delivery of material
& balance 10% against installation.
* Validity of Quotation : 30 days - thereafter subject to our confirmation.
* Warranty : 6 months as per Mfr's Policy against mfg. defects.
As per std. international norms, all Consumables like Glass parts, Lamps etc are excluded
from the warranty. Warranty shall not cover Physical, Mechanical or Electrical breakdown arising due to
negligent or mishandling & problems arising due to voltage fluctuations & abnormal power conditions
and any force majure conditions which are beyond our reasonable control.
* We suggest to use CVT - constant voltage transformer/Voltage Stabiliser alongwith all equipment
to protect them from power faults/spurious electric supply,which will enhance your system's life.
* Due to constant technological improvements, the specifications/models may change without notice.
* Contractual Liability : There would be no contractual liability until an order is received
against this quotation and it is accepted in writing by us or by our principals/manufacturer.
* Force majeure clause as defined by DGS&D will be applicable.
* Copy right of this design proposal is property of Audio Vison.
Reproduction in whole or in part without written permission is prohibited.
