Heliocentric is as seen from the Sun, It is the position of the planets as seen from the Sun. As if the individual was standing on the Sun, Geocentric is as seen from the Earth. The observer is standing on the Earth looking out into space. From these points the exact position of the planets can be figured years in advance or in the past. Current ephemeris calculations are incredibly more accurate than they were 50, 100 150 years ago. An ephemeris is a table containing the positions of the planets. 3) Retrograde Retrograde is a planet appearing to move backwards. This occurs when a planet comes close to making a 180 degree aspect (opposition) to the Transiting Sun from a Geocentric viewpoint. Retrograde is an optical illusion as no planet actually moves in reverse. They all move straight forward. Picture 2 cars racing. You are in the faster car looking out the window at the slower car as you pass. That slower car “appears” to be moving in reverse. The outer planets move slower than the Earth in their revolutions. 4) Declination Planets move around the Sun in an elliptical orbit. An ellipse is an oblong circle. The circle that is used to gauge the planets is known as the zodiac. The planets move within this circle left and right as well as up or down, This Up or Down movement (North, and South) is called Declination. It is measured from the zero line. A planet at 18 degrees 54 minutes North Declination is 18 Degrees 54 minutes North of the zero line, If, at the same time, another planet were at 18 degrees 54 these 2 planets would be known as Parallel. If one of these planets were at 18 degrees 54 minutes South and the other at that degree North we would have a Contra-Parallel. 5) Natal Charts. A natal chart is a snapshot of the position of the planets at a specific point in time. This “snapshot” has many uses. These positions within the snapshot never change. ‘The snapshot has many uses as well as market applications discussed later. As an example lets say that at a certain point in time an entity began and at that time Mars was located at 24 degrees Taurus. This position may produce changes when hit by a transiting planet such as Transiting Saturn at 24 degrees Taurus. 10 6) Sunspot eycle. From ancient times it has been recognized that there are dark spots on the surface of the Sun, The number of the spots varies from a maximum to minimum and back to maximum, From minimum to minimum sunspot activity, or from maximum to maximum, there is an AVERAGE of 11 years. The time usually works out to be somewhere between 9 and 13 years. Sun Spot Maximums have been found to correlate with peaks in economic activity, while Minimums coincide with low points. The key component to this is known as Total Magnetic Activity. We will go into this later. 7) Numbers ‘The numbers are one through nine. This is a cycle, as nine is the highest digit. This is important, because not only were numbers behind Nostradamus’ system, but they underlie all prophetic systems, even astrological. From page 24 of Sepharial’s “Kabala of Numbers,” he states, “The key to all knowledge is in the science of numbers.” Itis indeed also behind astrotogy in the form of ratios and measures. 25 26 B ‘Then this 78 is 7+8 5. Fifteen is 1+5 = 6. So 25 +26 +27 = 6 in Gann’s world, 8) Precession of the Equinox. The year starts with the Sun’s return to Zero Aries in the Zodiac. ‘This point traverses a circle in 25,920 years. This period is known as the Precession of the Equinox and has been known from ancient times. The Sun crosses Zero Aries in March. March is the first month of the year. This is why we have the names for months like September (Sept = 7), and October (Oct = 8), etc. Many traders overlook the importance of the 25,920-year period, because they believe they cannot trade such a cycle. Nostradamus used this period. The transiting Sun hitting Zero Aries is a type of Mundane Solar Return (a return to the beginning), which has its own applications. 9) Longitude & Latitude. Longitude on the Earth’s surface is measured east and west of Greenwich from 0* to 180*. Latitude is measured north and south of the Equator. 10) Breaking Degrees Down. In an upcoming presentation, we will use 10 minutes (10") of a degree, ‘A degree, such as 24 Taurus has within it 60 minutes (60°). This starts at 24° Tau 0° and extends through 24* Tau 59°. We can divide these 60” of each degree into segments of 10°. vThis can be done for all degrees, which gives us a total of 2,160 intervals of 10° Pach sign has 30 degrees. There are 12 signs. 30* x 12 = 360*. Dividing the circle into 15* intervals, we get 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120, 135, 150, 165 and 180, on both sides of the circle. Lets say we started this at 5* Aries. We would have 5* + 15* = 20* Aries... plus 15*=5* Taurus... plus 15* = 20* Taurus... 4¥15* = 5* Gemini... + 15* = 20* Gemini, etc.VNotice we keep repeating the 5 & 20 degrees of a sign. This is known as the 15¢ axis. We could say 5*10° of Aries, then we would get 510" + 15% =20* Aries 10°... plus 15*=5* Tau 10 etc. Likewise, if we wanted to add some spacing, we could use 5* Aries 10° to 20° .... plus 15% = 20° Aries 10° to 20"... +15*= 5 Taurus 10° to 20°, ete. 11) Astrological correspondences. For a true connection within the field to hold up, it must bear mathematical proof in the form of provable results to cosmic connections. Saturday means Satu r S Sunday means Sun Monday means Moon g Ss Tuesday means Mars Wednesday means Mercury ‘Thursday means Jupiter g % Friday means Venus. Man Playing Horn... Or Women Sitthouetee? Gann 1) Luther Jensen. 2) L. Edward Johndro 3) Gann drew from Sepharial, 19 2 Fields W.D. Gann George Bayer Luther Jensen ‘These men were able to make consistently accurate market forecasts. All these men had common points in their knowledge which can be categorized into 2 fields. Astrology and Astronomy The way to success is to obtain a background understanding in astrology, and to study astronomy to the point you are competent in the field. ‘Then begin to combine them by studying Jhondro’s 2 books the Earth in the Heavens and Fixed Stars. Critical Error in Jhondro’s book “Earth in Heavens”. In 1950, in the magazine “Modern Astrology” Jhondro recanted one aspect of this book. The Midheavens of the J Tocality charts are FIXED they are NOT PRECESSIONAL. Jensen, writing out of the mid-1930’s in his book states this on page 27 “The actual zodiac used in interpretation is right in step with equinoctial precession and alway’s has been. Therefore each country and city has the exact same rulership as it always has.” J From page 51 of Farth in the Heavens “To the dates of eclipses, planetary stationeries, great conjunctions and oppositions, New Moons and events” From page 53 of “The Stars” Jhondro writes: Eclipse configurations are the principle indicators of the great events of the year, though the Ingress, Stationary positions and great conjunctions and oppositions of the planets should receive attention. How does this relate to trading? Enter page $0 of Jhondro’s “The Stars”...are a few of the 50 odd stars influencing New York and the STOCK EXCHANGE FLUCTUATIONS” So the path becomes: 1) Astrology 2) Astronomy 3) Jhondro’s 2 books 4) The Tunnel Thru The Air 20 use and Effect A Time and a Season In this regard we use the 15 degree axis between 2 planets (known as a synodic cycle of those 2 planets), Let's use Saturn and Uranus ‘These 2 planets are conjunct every 45 years. We apply a 15 degree axis to these planets. ‘That means, from the conjunction, these 2 planets will hit the axis when they are 15 degrees apart or a multiple of 15 degrees apart, The following are multiples of 15 degrees and thus constitute the 15 degree axis: 15, 30, 45, 60. 75, 90, 105, 120, 135, 150, 165, 180 on either side of the circle. ‘This means on the day that the 2 planets Satu and Uranus are any one of the above degrees apart then they are on one of the 15 degree axis points. We use ONLY these points for transiting to transiting aspects at this time. The Geocentric Saturn Uranus Synodic Cycle is active in Chicago Wheat. So we check the 15 degree aspects between these 2 planets to get turns in Chicago Wheat. 8) From 1905 to 1914 there were a total of 16 aspects between these 2 planets that occurred. Of the 16, 10 produced tums. So you get a turn rate of 62.5% 9) From 1984 to 1993 Geocentric Satur and Uranus were in aspect 14 times and produces tums 7 of those times. This produces a turn rate of 50% 10) Of the total of 30 turns in the 20 year period, 17 produced turns for a turn rate of 51% 11) It is at this point most “astrologers quit”. But as we shall see there is a time (aspect) AND SEASON. = 2 12) 13) 14) If we look at only the aspects of Geocentric Satu and Uranus listed above that ‘occurred in the SUMMER months we will get the following: a) From 1905 to 1914 for Geocentric Saturn and Uranus we get 6 occurrences of that aspect. This produced 5 tums or a tur rate of 83% b) From 1984 to 1993 for Geocentrie Saturn and Uranus we get 4 occurrences of that aspect. This produced 3 turns or a turn rate of 75% ©) Combining the 2 time periods (20 years) from the years above we have 10 ‘occurrences of which 8 produced turns for a tum rate of 80% ‘Summary: The same aspect occurring in the same Season will not always have the same affect. In the above example we have 80% not 100%. The reason for is larger cycles, Wheel An aspect of Saturn and Uranus will have a specific affect in Summer. That same aspect will NOT have the same affect in Winter. 3 Elements ‘There ate ONLY 3 elements responsible for turns on an astrological basis. vy 2) 3) The concept of orb is not understood by many in this field as the problem stems from most astrological texts applying a “6” degree orb in personal matters. A real example of this orb can be found in Geocentrie Saturn and Uranus. These 2 planets will be within a “6” degree orb from July 2005 thru February 2006 on this pass of the 150 degree aspect. ‘That is 8 months of being “in aspect”. As brought out in the book “Best of Charles Jayne” by Charles Jayne planets are 3 dimensional. Jensen also talks about this point in his book “Astro-Cycles and Speculative Markets” on page 38, Notice here he states that “off in declination from to 4 degrees”. Jayne states to use DECLINATION as the 3" dimension. Also be cognizant of the fact that most planets (excluding Pluto) range in Latitude from 1 to 4 degrees. What this tel i is no orb. ‘There is a specific point in the above 8 months Where the turn will occur. A SPI POINT A way to cheat and work backwards from the answer is to be aware that Geocentrie Jupiter/Satum 45 degree aspects produce sharp turns very close to partile. The last occurrence of this was the October 2002 Low. The low occurred at an exact point which was predictable in advance. USE TRANSPLUTO AND CHIRON TRANSIT TO TRANSIT Theory: Not all transiting to transiting aspects will have a noticeable affect on the financial market under observation. The aspects affecting specific markets will be different for those markets compared to other markets ie. EACH STOCK AND. COMMODITY HAS ITS OWN ASPECTS THAT WILL CAUSE A PRICE TURN, THESE ASPECTS ARE UNIQUE TO EACH MARKET. ‘Tests with Parameters MUST be set up in each stock or commodity traded in. 23 peramesers for following test 1). Soybean data from 1949 to 2004 will be used (55 years) 2) Outer planets will be used, Jupiter out including Chiron and Transpluto, 3) MAX. 2 day orb will be used. Pinpoint accuracy will not be used. 4) Change of trend must be clearly evident. 5) 15 degree aspect class. 6) GEOCENTRIC ASPECTS only. CONCLUSION: — For US Soybeans an aspect of Neptune and Chiron in the Summer appears statistically significant and tradable. Jupiter-Uranus (unless occurring in the WINTER) appears statistically significant with an aspect in the Spring tradable. Page 82 of Jensen's Book — “ Keeya in Wun -- YOUR next step is to determine which of these inner planets are applicable to this commodity in the same manner as shown above! ‘The next step after the inner planets would be to move into the area of declination. Many individuals are unaware that Declination comes from an entirely different system. than Longitude, Declination must be tested under transiting to transiting for the nancial instrument under observation. In Declination we use Parallels and Contra-Parallels. The following test was composed on the NYSE Stock General Motors. Some use incorporation dates while others use first day of trading. THEY ASSUME a natal, Successful market traders let the data tell them what date is the correct date. Again the 15 degree axis is employed. Picking 2 random tums in the Chicago Wheat market we have April 20, 1891 and December 11, 1990. The only criteria for picking these 2 dates were that the both be ‘well pronounced turns, We will look at the position (to the nearest degree) of the planets on this date. April 20, 1891 0, 5, 6, 9, 10, 19, 21, 28, 29 December 11, 1990 0, 8, 9, 13, 13, 18, 19, 26, 28 ‘The following degrees repeat: 0, 9, and 28 BUT 2 planets (Jupiter and Neptune) were at 13 degrees on December 11, 1990. 13 +15 = 28 degrees Total of 4 occurrences of the 13/28 axis. ‘We must account for this 13/28 degree axis. Reviewing the History of Chicago Wheat we can see 3 potential dates. Feb 4 1841. Wheat begins trading in Chicago. Mar 13 1848. CBOT founded by 82 Chicago Merchants. (Gann had this date) Feb 18 1859, CBOT is chartered, 26 Method: The data must tell us what date it is vibrating to. We ean not assume. Natals that are related will share common points, In Casting the “1201 Liverpool Grain Exchange Chart” Jensen has on Page 51 of his book “Astro-Cycles and Speculative Markets” we find the Ascendant at 18 Scorpio 12. Chiron (not shown by Jensen) was EXACTLY opposed this Ascendant at 18 Taurus 18. In our Chart for 1859 Wheat we find Natal Chiron at 18 AQUARIUS 25. This is less than 7 minutes of arc to our Natal Chiron in the 1201 Chart. Chicago Wheat and 1201 Liverpool Wheat are related! CHICAGO SOYBEANS A data set was acquired from 1949 to 2004. (55 years) The data was daily. From this data 192 turns were selected, The turns were large and well defined, ‘The planets Jupiter out were used because they produce these large turns. ‘The positions of these outer planets were written down. The 15 degree axis was used. 158 Hits to 7 Degrees 40 minutes 144 Hits to 3 Degrees 20 minutes 140 Hits to 8 Degrees 0 minutes 132 Hits to 11 Degrees 30 minutes 130 Hits to 12 Degrees 0 minutes 126 Hits to 11 Degrees 20 minutes, 126 Hits to 7 Degrees 50 minutes 126 Hits to 12 Degree 10 minutes 124 Hits to 1 Degree 20 minutes Notice here we have 158 hits to 7 degrees 40 minutes and 126 hits to 7 degrees 50 minutes. This is significant and points to the fact “something” is around 7 degrees 40 and 7 degrees 50. Next in importance we have 132 hits to 11 degrees 30 and 126 hits to 11 degrees 20...”something” is around 11 degrees 20 and 11 degrees 30. 27 ‘Soybeans began trading on the CBOT at 9:35 am CST. Oct, 5 1936 according to W.D. Gann and other sources. Ina December 1935 Chicago Newspaper the following quote was found “Soybeans are selfing 50 cents higher than they were A YEAR AGO.” This statement informs us that Beans were traded in Chicago BEFORE the October 5 1936 date. The data clearly indicates that the “Beginning of trading on Oct 5” is NOY the natal. The data is not vibrating (o any of the points of Oct 5 1936. Here we have from 1976: Jan, 19, Mar. 29, July 8, Oct 18, and Nov. 15. These were the largest turns of the year. So we write down the date and the planetary positions: January 19, 1976: 29, 6, 22, 14, 17,29, 6, 13, 11, 23. March 29 1976: 9, 6, 18, 5, 0, 26, 6, 13, 10, 26. July 8 1976: 16, 8, 22, 1, 23, 3,3, 11,9, 1. October 18, 1976: 25, 12,27, 6, 29, 15, 6, 12, 12, 29. November 15 1976: 23, 28, 1, 26, 26, 16, 18, 12, 13, 28. From the above we can see that 1 and 26 are found in all except October 18, 1976. We have Jan. 19 1976 Transiting Pluto is at 11 Libra 42. Mar 29. 1976 Transiting Satu at 26 Cancet 02 and transiting Chiron 26 Aries 31 Jul 8. 1976 Transiting Neptune at 11 Sagittarius 42 Nov. 15 1976 Transiting Mars at 26 Scorpio 14 and transiting Jupiter at 26 ‘Taurus 29. This clearly confirms that “something” in the natal is at 11 or 26 degrees. 3" clement that cause turns will be looked at in the section “Tunnel” 28 Squares Many individuals starting out in the field begin with the Square of 9. This is the wrong place to begin in this field In the middle of the left lower quadrant of the square of 9 we see the odd squares coming from the center. 9, 25 and 49 ete. the roots of which are 3, 5 and 7 etc. Directly across we have the even squares of 16, 36 and 64 etc. the roots of which are 4, 6 and 8 ete, ‘The distance between the squares (example from the number 81 to 100) is divided into fractional harmonies. From 81 heading towards 100 we get the cardinal cross at the east at 86. The Square root of 86 is 9.27 which is VERY close to 9.25. Heading to 100 from 86 we next hit the middle of the Northeast Quadrant which is 91. ‘The square root of 91 is 9.53. VERY close to 9.5 which is the % way between 9 and 10. From 91 to 100 we next hit the North Cardinal Cross at the number 96. ‘The square root of 96 is 9.79, VERY close to 9.75 The next point is of course our whole square of 10 which is 100. So in this calculator we can immediately see any number between the squares, where or how far we are between squares. ‘As an example we have the number 646. Let's say Commodity XYZ is selling at 646 or We are 646 timer periods from a major turn and we wanted to see where we were, quickly between squares. We are back in the 1920's so we do not have computer or calculator. We can get the answer by simply looking at the square of 9 646 is between the whole squares of 625 (25 X 25) and 676 (26 X 26). We can see that it is above the .25 which would be the number 638 and slightly below the .5 number which would be 651. A Guestimate by me would be 25.4 In checking I have just found the actual number to be 25.41. 29 ‘Squares to Degrees The US S and P made a high of 1552 on March 24, 2000. The S and P made a low of 768 on October 10, 2002. The Square roots of the high and lows are: 1552 = 39.39 768 = 27.71 39.39 -27.71 = 11.67 11.67 X .00555555: 2100 degrees 2100 degrees is 5 circles and 300 degrees. ‘Time was 133 weeks. ‘AW Dr. Ruth Miller has written a book that uses the square of 9 called “The Com Method”, = Itis correct and it is VERY simple. For additional information and uses. Ruth Millers “Corn Method” needs to be purchased from Ruth Miller, Ruth can be reached at rmiller@otecom.net ‘ From George Bayers book “Handbook of Trend Determination” Rule Number 12 states: paze 40-42, page 70-72, page 80-82, page 123 and page 144, The gist of the story is lying in these pages. Up until yesterday, NASDAQ behaved as expected. I was not surprised at all yesterday when NASDAQ tumed up after being down more than 20 point by noon, it reverse back up as expected (it was the end of minor reaction down). Today was a key day for NASDAQ for either continuation of move up or unexpectedly breaking down. It fail badly indicating trend down in full force. eee He then says The "proof" is cycle on the left side of the screen is “repeated” on 12/11/2001 at EXACT TIME, Gann knew WHEN the market will tum, He also knew which Support/Resistance level will be significant based on WHEN it happened. Gann did his forecast for long term, I have proved that his techniques can be applied to intraday with precise accuracy (the gif I posted is the proof). 32 He then says ‘The cycles are dynamic and at the end of each cycle calculation mast be adjusted and that is why I posted a Warning on 12/13/2001 (cycle changed ....!) J want to bring VERY IMPORTANT POINT to your attention. In my previous post have PROVED Tor the first ime ever mentioned in a public forum how Gann methods can forecast and be applied with PRECISE accuracy INTRADAY. Itis the date which was repeated at 12/11/2001. The point I wanted to make in my post is Gann had secrets in how to forecast a future cycles, once you know the cycle and the right beginning then you can see the future unfolding in front of your eyes... If tell you what date then it will be easy to figure out the cycle and the method...3rd grade child can become super trader ! om i Histonicat date Facay ° Monaay adaoos sonriago 7 a ee . Check also yesterday (Friday 12/14/2001) EXACT TIME (circled) with the historical date EXAC circled), the TIME for the High and Low of the day in both days are almost IDENTICAL T time (also HA: That could happened if someone discover the cycle by coincidence so once the cycle completed the pattem disappear and another pattern start.. so if someone don't # know the laws then he would not find the new eycle. { HA: this method has nothing to do with astro, although I can "make" astro version to it 33 HA: Lam glad you asked this question, your question is very important. I have found so far that there is NO WAY to accurately pinpoint Price level years ahead, itis more easier (o forecast accurate time years ahead, the issue I am facing Support and Resistance level for the repeated cycles are different !! in another words, if | am expecting a low at let say noon time before market react higher based on previous cycles, I can not tell ahead of time at WHICH level the support level will be significant UNTIL "KEY" time arrive then I look at the support and buy at that level, I can tell the time ahead but I can not tell that significant support level will be formed at 0.38 retracement 0.5 retracement, SQ of 9 S/R or any other methods so what I do when let say noon time comes and the price at 0.38 retracement then I buy, in this way I combine price and time, HA The "SAME" SCALE OF THE MARKET MOVEMENT will "NOT" repeat itself ina future cycle, more details mentioned in my response to Carl. Time remain the same but price scale change. The same problem happened to Gann. I have no logical explanation to this except may be the demand and supply is different but the mass psychology reaction is the same when the cycle repeat itself. There are underlying pattern for markets - this is the tidal effect that people talk about cannot be resisted. An advanced Gann trader can tell you what will happen on a given day. ‘And when, 34 Testing to get result » 2 3) 4) 5) ) D 8) Testing is the Golden Key to this field, itis what will get you ahead. Over the years it has become apparent to me that many do not know how to adequately test their theories. Rule number 1 is to test for only a single element at a time. Many individuals put to many factors into a test which invalidates that test. The next clement that confuses those that are starting out is taking turns and looking at what occurred (astrologically) at those tums, This method is OK only for OVERVIEWS (to see if anything comes to the front) of the financial instrument under investigation, What you want to use as your primary technique is to take the astrological happenings, then look at the data for confirmation. As an example lets say you want to test for the conjunctions of Mars and Satur, A) Get the largest data set possible. B) Acquire all the dates that Mars and Saturn were conjunct. C) Meticulously go through the data to see what happened on those dates. In such testing, as above one needs to be cognizant of weekends and Holidays. Let's say we have Mars conjunct Satum exact on Friday evening afier the market closes. The effects will not occur “perceptually” until the opening of the market on Monday. If one was not cognizant of this fact you would observe the turn occurring 3 days later and would “bunk” your results, When, in actuality this would be the next trading day and would be considered valid, Many individuals within this field use various astrology programs to test for certain items. Many of these programs have “bugs” in them that will cause problems for the tester s includes software costing hundreds and even thousands of dollars. ‘This is where knowing how to arrive at answers manually comes in handy. While you are in the phase of acquiring the background information that is so vital to this field, make sure you take the time to learn the calculations manually. Practice casting charts from different positions so that this becomes second nature to you. Here again, applying too much “orb” will nullify any results. Be cognizant of the fact that planets are 3. dimes For those that have not, as yet, solved orb, one must limit the"tse of orb to a few minutes either side of exact. Never to exceed a quarter of a degree (15 ). Before testing the outer planets comStdar Te prablem of orb. Outer planets moving very slowly it could be weeks that they are in aspect. In reality there is a specific point where the tum occurs. This is hardly ever the “partile point” KNOW THY DATA, Sayyour-goal was to make a study of Chicago Soybeans. You go into your computer, pull up your CSI data stream and begin testing. Guess what. You are using St. Louis data to run cycles for Chicago Beans! Always “get to the bottom” of exactly where your data comes from. There are large distortions between data sets. Ideally you want Cash data for the instrument you are studying. 35 9) When testing for hits to natal make certain that your turn dates are correct. A difference of a couple of days can throw even the outer planets out of your “field of allowable orb”, Likewise Jupiter can move 10 minutes per day, set your ephemeral times for Noon as this is around the midpoint of market hours. Be cognizant of the weekends and closed markets. If a tun occurred on a Friday but actually occurred on a SUNDAY there is a difference of 48 hours. Jupiter, Saturn and Chiron can easily move out of allowable orb during that time. Best to stay away from weekends. 10) Always include Chiron and ‘Transpluto in your tests which encompass the outer Planets. TESTING FOR SMALLER CYCLES 1) Acquire a 5 year data set 2) Select clear sharp turns. 3) List important aspects of transiting Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars on those dates in R.A., Longitude, Latitude and Declination of those dates. 4) Go back through to see if any 2 planets show up more than once. 5) If2 planets show up more than once run that cycle independently through the data, ‘The following are my posts in WITS in early October 2004 the group randomly selected S and P data: Post 18789: My first step is to take 5 years of this data (S and P) and go through it for turns. 1 will be using 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000 years for this. What I will be getting are significant, medium to large turns that are sharp. Like if there is a "roving top" Iam not going to "guess" at when the high came in I am going to move on. I will prepare a list of tums that meet this classification for the group. Post 18792: I have come up with 22 tums for the period 1996-2000 inclusive. 4-11-96 58-96 7-16-96 12-17-96 2-19-97 4-14-97 8-7-97 8-18-97 10-28-97 1-12-98 7-20-98 9-1-98 10-8-98, 5-13-99 7-16-99 8-10-99 8.25.99 10-11-99 10-18-99 3-24-00 7-17-00 10-18-00 There may be more that qualify but for a quick skim these "fit" what I was looking for. over the years I have noticed that at significant tops and bottoms inajor cycles culminate BUT also smaller cycles are present and at these points they can really stick out, This will make more sense when we proceed. Simply put, smaller cycles have a tendency to align with larger cycles. Hunting for smaller cycles in smaller turns can be irksome, so this will look for smaller cycles at these large turns...Jike I said it will make more sense as we proceed. For those that are following along simply go to this data and take a look at those turns so you get a “feel.” I cover larger cycles in my seminar and, will not repeat it here. Here we are searching for smaller to medium cycles that will show up often. NEXT STEP. The next step is to consult an ephemeris at these points and write down anything in declination or longitude that occurred on these turn dates. 37 Post 18601: a also list them bere «sometimes HY e dates and will also fing to transiting { have attached the figures for the CAUSA ese are ALL transiting Tee and “don't come outright when pasted into @ POO ‘Vemus and Mars 10 each ol Tor smaller eycles 1 use Transiting Sun, Mercury, ee dat bbw attached, ter planes via Longitude and Decimation. The following are those dates from our 5 year period: Mercury/Chiron Parallel and Contra-Paralle: C 3-17-96 41-96 C 8-10-96 10-25-96 31-97 3-30-97 53-97 5-21-97 7-29-97 10-21-97 2-16-98 C 5-23-98 7-10-99 731-99 C8-26-99 10-10-99 stands for Contra Parallel. These tums that we will see now will be SMALLER than they were when we were cycle hunting with those 22 tums BUT nevertheless they will be there. It is our job to tally how well this particular cycle (Mere/Chi) impacts this data 39. Post 18811: Going through the 28 possibilities | see only 10 that qualify under ny definition of "tradable turns”. That is a rate of 35.7%. Next step is to list the dates of Mercury Parallel of Contra Parallel Neptune. Post 18826: ‘Went through Mercury Neptune exactly in the same manner as Mercury Chiron, Mercury Parallel or Contra Parallel Neptune had 28 occurrences in our 5 year span. Of the 28 occurrences 10 produced tums which gives 35.7% Again this cycle will not meet our trading needs so it is onto the next step which is the Sun/TrPI. aspects... Post 18844: ‘Our last element was Sun in longitudinal aspect to TrPI. First I had to determine if the ‘turns were the result of hits to the natal or hits to TrPI. | did this by comparing a 2 year period and became convinced it was Sun in aspect to TrPI. (I looked at Sun/TrPI. 30 degree axis instead of 15 because of time constraints) [ then did 60 occurrences of this between 1996 and 2000 inclusive, From these occurrences 32 produced tradable turns which gives 53.3%. ‘Under the parameters that were initially used I have found nothing tradable. At this point I need to go back and expand my parameters. [ want to include the MOON in the 22 (large to medium) turns that we looked at in the data from 1996 to 2000 initially. 40 DAY 2 - Brian Sklenka, Allan Blakstad and Lorin Baker CONTENTS Brian 1. This is an area in which we all will have to research a very wide portion of the world. I would encourage in depth study of the megalithic cultures of Europe, the British Isles, Ancient Iraq known as Nippur and Babylon and the Meso American and Meso South American cultures ‘Take special note of the two rings of solar storms that bound the equator of the Sun in the solar snapshot. These tend to always occur with +19 degrees of the Solar Equator ~ and or a 38 to 39 degree band centered on the Equator. C.E., Ph.D. Content of the presentation: Introduction Explanation of Natal Astrological methods Literature studies Market data and natal vibrations Work plan Testing strategies Study example: Declination ares Conclusions Introduction The following Natal Astrological methods will be discussed in this presentation Solar arcs Lunar ares Declination arcs. Frans Solan Arcs These are symbolic methods compared to e.g. transit — transit methods 83 Explanation of Natal Astrological methods What is a Solar arc? A symbolic method where all radix points are progressed by the yearly addition of the motion of the sun i.e. the motion of the sun during one day = movement of all radix points after 1 year (a day for a year principle). Radical relations are maintained. rected solar arc after 15 years => the angles between radix and progressed points are getting close to 15 degrees, see Figure 1. ciate cing oe SPREE cbr wasr cone Pi fone es ESSE con Figure 1, Directed solar are after 15 years. Importance to consider "prime significator’ (PS) and "secondary significator” (SS)? 84 "PS" is a planet that rules the sign in which the sun is found (in radix, SA, transit?) "SS" is the planet that rules the decanate in which the PS happens to be in. according to Sepharial "The Arcana” What is Lunar ares? General monthly influences are obtained from "Minor directions” based on the motion of the moon. According to Robson (.e. lunar are), which is What is Declination arcs? A three dimensional technique developed by Jayne and Heseltine. Declination is measured from the celestial equator i.e. is an earth based system What is transit-solar arc? This is a system where aspects between actual transiting points and arced points are considered, Literature studies In the literature about Natal Astrology there are several contradictions, e.g. regarding which rate of progression (i.e. speed of the motion of the sun and moon) to use. Furthermore there are several differences between financial or personal astrology, ¢.g regarding consideration of orb and houses/cusps. Examples of contradictions regarding what speed of e.g. the sun to use for progression Page 1 in "Arcana" by Sepharial: y Mean motion of sun is correct (59'08"/year) ~ This system was originally advocated by Valentine Naibod in the 160th century. Page 4 "The radix system” by Robson Sepharial's choice of the measure 59°08" of longitude to the year has been abundantly justified Market data and natal vibrations What do you need to start working with solar and lunar arcs? Extensive database (>100 years of market data) Correct Natal Proper Software / Ephemeris, Conclusions: Importance to understand differences between personal and financial astrology Due to contradictions in the literature, extensive testing is required Important to choose right progression rate for the sun as well as for the moon Using correct natal and enough data is the basis to start working with solar and lunar arcs 86 Workplan for researching Solar and Lunar ares: * Collect market data (preferably >100 years) * Rectify or find a working natal chart for that market © Find valid market turns (right resolution needed) * Test individual components of the system by themselves, * Find a practical manner to test a component against the market or the market against the component * Exclude inactive components * Detailed study of components presumed to be active * Test predictive capacity (preferably have outdata sample) 87 Hypothesis list for testing: * Mean rate of progression is valid nis valid * Apparent rate of progressi © Sa and La activates R making specific points sensitive for transits during certain orb © Sa is active when in aspect to R, then sensitive for La or transits during certain orb © Sa and/or La are active by themselves © Transits to Sa ate active independently from Sa-R aspects * La may act in aspect to both R and Sa © The primary significator system of Sepharial is valid in selecting transits (and ares?) and position of both radical Sun and transiting Sun is considered (and Sa sun?) © The significator/promittor system of Robson is valid © Aspect type is important (major/minor/soft/hard) * All 15 degree angles are valid 88. Regarding mean or apparent rate of progression: ‘An example: Let's take a look at Bonnie Lee Hills wheat natal We progress the radical sun 180 and 360 degrees, thus looking for the time of opposition and conjunction aspects to its own starting place in the radix Start is the natal date 18 February 1859 59108" mean SA Sun opposing radical Sun: 8 Oct 2041 (A=182.633 Years) mean SA Sun conjuncting radical Sun: 29 May 2224 (A= 365.280 Years) Apparent rate Apparent rate SA Sun opposing radical Sun: 10 Sept 2044 (A= 185.555 Years) Apparent rate SA Sun conjuncting radical Sun: 17 May 2224 (A= 365.241 Years) [10 Sept 2044 - 8 Oct 2041] = 2.922 Years Il! 89 Reducing NOISE Instead of using a fixed orb you can study orb and use it for evaluating the system according to the following simple mode: Turn Date; astro event; astro date; calculated orb If you follow this setup you may later sort for what you want to study, for example you can study all events with an orb
