Fishbone Analysis

MAN

Man contributes in the opportunity loss experienced by the Masuwerte Rural

Bank of Bacoor (Cavite) Inc. Under man, the researchers observed a problem causing

opportunity loss which is the overloaded teller.

The researchers observed that the workload is unequally distributed meaning the

tasks are not properly distributed among the employees which causes delays in the

transactions. This is because some of the employee has many workloads compared to

the other.

METHOD

For the Separating number of transaction/s their procedure which seems

ineffective because single transactions were combined with the multiple transactions. It

could be simplified and improve by proper distribution of work assignment to prevent the

delays and long waiting time of the clients.

EQUIPMENT

For the system downtime, if the computer program or system (software bug)

errors, it will prolong the transaction of a client. It could be improve by debugging the

system to reduce the waiting time of a client and to satisfied clients in terms of services.
