About Deloitte
Deloitte is the brand under which tens of thousands of dedicated professionals in independent firms throughout the world
collaborate to provide audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management, and tax services to selected clients. These

Deloitte Support Services India Pvt Ltd. (U.S India Enabling Areas (EA)) at the U.S. India offices are the support arm of the
organization and comprise several groups including Talent, Technology, Finance, Communications, Field Operations, etc.
EA gives every client-service business unit access to the best and brightest resources when it comes to support services.
More specifically, EA enables the business units to solely focus on satisfying clients and developing new products and
services to sustain competitive advantage, while they consolidate and standardize a diverse collection of systems,
processes, and functions. The team provides a wide array of services to the U.S firms and U.S India professionals, and is
continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.

U.S. India ITS - Canada


ITS-Canada is an integral part of the Information Technology Services group. The principle focus of this organization is the
development and maintenance of technology solutions that e-enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and
Management Information Systems.

ITS Canada develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like Siebel,PeopleSoft Microsoft technologies and
Lotus Notes. Solutions Delivery Canada has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions to the clients by
following a streamlined system development methodology. Solutions Delivery Canada comprises of groups like Usability,
Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and Performance.

The key job responsibilities include the following:

Maintains a solid knowledge base of the functional capabilities and is a Subject Matter
Expert for the products assigned.

Serves as functional and business process expert, ensuring that both business needs and
end-user needs are understood and reflected in every solution we deliver, distinguished
by world-class quality.

Ensure each project team has same level of understanding on client requirements.
Responsible for Quality of requirements and customer satisfaction.

Possesses overall understanding of applicable business processes and workflows. BSAs


who are assigned to Siebel/PS/Aderant domains should possess product knowledge.

Should be able to initiate/contribute for meetings related to requirements

Collaborates with the Engagement Manager, onsite BA and TDM in creating and
presenting the appropriate project on-boarding processes and materials
(Charter/SOW/High-level Requirements).

Responsible for actively participating in Design thinking sessions to gain insights into end
user and customer needs.

Creates documentation including requirement User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Feature


Description PowerPoint decks, Business Requirement documents, Functional specification
documents, Process Flows and Analysis Models, Journey Maps, Wireframes and User
Guides.

Manages the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the onsite BSA and Engagement
Manager to prioritize requirements.

Engages business owners and other ITS resources to respond to requests for new
applications and/or enhancements.

Leads and is responsible for all Testing and QA activities within the project lifecycle.
Works with and manages US India (USI) QA resources to develop and execute Test Plans,
Test Scripts and all other deliverables and activities related to Quality Assurance of the
Products.

Run and manage the QA triage calls.

Should be able to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or facilitate continuous
testing during agile projects.

Participates in reviews of plans associated with project execution.

Assists Engagement Manager, TDM with status reporting.

Responds proactively to both business and project issues. Should be able to escalate
appropriately.

Provides functional support to practitioners and firm clients. Engages with various ITS
organizations to resolve problems as they arise.

The key skills required

Proven analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrate impact analysis, gap analysis
and problem troubleshooting skills
Strong relationship building and maintaining skills. Fosters a climate conducive to
establishing positive working relationships with clients (internal and external).
Strong management, communication and remote collaboration skill are a must.
Excellent written and verbal communications, organization, analytical, planning and
leadership skills.
Must have experience for analyst who ever supporting Siebel; PeopleSoft and
.net/Sharepoint projects.
Must have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles including agile
development and testing.
Ability to effectively articulate ideas, solutions relevant to business and technology.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly and execute seamlessly.
Ability to status report, monitor progress and quality effectively, remain detail oriented at
the same time understand the big-picture.
Ability to negotiate and manage expectations across the board.
Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to
coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment will be an added
advantage.
Exposure to test plan creation and automated test scripting is a plus

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business


Analysis (CCBA) is a plus OR Siebel Certified Business Analyst.

Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, HP Quality Center, TFS/Urban Turtle, Automated
QA and wire-framing or visualization tools is a plus.
Well-versed with UML, Use-Cases, Data Modeling is a plus

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.
