Mirae Asset Emerging Bluechip Fund (MAEBF) is a Mid-Cap Fund which gives investors the opportunity to
participate in the growth of emerging companies which have the potential to be tomorrow's large caps/Bluechip
companies.
The portfolio predominantly invests in companies which are not part of the top 100 stocks by market capitalization
and have market capitalization of atleast ` 100 Crores at the time of investment.
Our investment approach is centered around participating in high quality businesses upto a reasonable price and

Nature of the Scheme An open ended equity fund
Investment Objective To generate income and capital appreciation from a diversied portfolio predominantly investing in Indian equities
and equity related securities of companies which are not part of the top 100 stocks by market capitalization and
have market capitalization of atleast ` 100 Crores at the time of investment. The Scheme does not guarantee or
assure any returns.

Investment Options Regular and Direct Plan with Growth & Dividend Options
Systematic Investments:
Systematic Investment Plan (SIP):
Monthly option: Minimum 6 installments of ` 1000/- each (in multiples of ` 1/ - thereafter)
Quarterly option: Minimum 4 installments of ` 1500/- each (in multiples of ` 1/- thereafter)
Registration through the Systematic Route i.e. Systematic Investment Plan (SIP)/Systematic Transfer Plan (STP)**/
Mirae Asset Variable Transfer Plan (VTP)/Mirae Asset Trigger Investment Plan (TRIP)/Mirae Asset Group Investment
Plan (GRIP) shall be allowed for a maximum of upto ` 25,000/- per each installment/execution per trade date.
Further, the said limit of ` 25, 000/- through the Systematic Route shall be applicable at PAN level for each Investor.

Lumpsum Investments: Lumpsum subscription/switch-in to all the Plans & Options of Mirae Asset Emerging
Bluechip Fund (MAEBF) through any mode including Stock Exchange platform has been temporarily suspended with
effect from October 25, 2016 end of business day (i.e. 15:00 hours).
Load Structure Entry load : Not applicable
Exit load : With effect from January 05, 2016:
If redeemed within 1 year (365 days) from the date of allotment: 1%
If redeemed after 1 year (365 days) from the date of allotment: NIL
**Investors may please note that the Daily STP from any scheme IN to MAEBF will not be available; however other frequency options are available under the STP
facility of MAEBF with the specied limitation.
