NCVA is recognised and supported by the
Department of Health to initiate Spiritual
Care for Jain Patients in hospitals.
It is also recognised as an ‘Authorising
Body’ for training and placement of Jain
Chaplains/volunteers in hospital services.
To ensure that you get Jain Spiritual /
religious service while in hospital…….
Please do the following
♦ Identify your faith/religion as JAIN
♦ Insist to be recorded as JAIN
♦ Do not allow to record as any religion
other than JAIN
Volunteers are needed to be trained as
Jain Chaplain for joining Chaplaincy team
of hospital in your area
