General Summary of the Company <Quarter 1 and 2>

PKP Corporation is found by Mr.Kittitat Prutthiworamongkon in the first quarter of this year.
Since then, the company has invested in the commerce, production, and services field. The
company has two headquarters so far with one in Ivory Coast and one in Venezuela. As of the end of
quarter two, six sub-enterprises are opened.

In Ivory Coast, the company opened a tea restaurant, and a food store. In Venezuela, the
company started a grocery store, fitness center, hairdressing salon, and an equipment warehouse. As
of now, the company has an asset of $ 23,706,011with a cash of $10,365,796.

The drop in quarter two midpoint is when we invest money into the business. The investment

Q2 MID - Q2 END COMPARISON

These two column graph compares the companys performance in two different period of
time. This really shows the companys growth. As you can see, the profits from Q2 Mid is only
around $13,000 but in Q2 End, we have a profit of almost $450,000. Not only that but we also see
the hugh increase in revenue. In Q2 End, we gain a shocking $2,544,544 as the total revenue. It
shows that the company is now in a completely different level than it is in Q2 Midpoint ( Revenue

Summary of the top three most profitable units

1. PKP Warehouse Our warehouse specialized in automative goods. At the moment, we

distribute and sell cars to other store. We offer high quality cars with lower prices. This
subunit has been our main source of income as it guaruntees 500,000$ every week.
2. The Tea Restaurant Our tea restaurant is the second most profitable unit out of all the
enterprises. It gives us a weekly income of approximately 70,000 per week. We are looking
to open more branches of the tea restaurant because we finally found a supplier that offer
tea at a very low prices.
3. The PKP Food Store This is the first enterprise we opened after the main office. It has been
a very reliable source of income. It struggled to bring in revenue at first. But after the first
month, it contributes a weekly income of approximately 30,000 a week. Although the
revenue from this store is not that much, it gives us a stable source of income.

PKP Alpha Office

The first enterprise we opened is the PKP Alpha Office. It is our main headquarter in
Ivory Coast. It takes care of the advertising campaign and manage subdivisions in the
country. The reason we choose Ivory Coast is because of the low taxes. When we first start up
business, we dont have that much capital so we choose Ivory Coast as our starting country.

PKP Food Store

The second enterprise we opened is the PKP Food Store. In this sub-division, we sell
foodstuffs and grocery. It generates a stable income of around 30,000 weekly. Although, it
may not seems very much, but it is very reliable in term of stability as you can see in the graph
below.

Tea Restaurant

The lastest enterprise opened in Ivory Coast is the Tea Restaurant. Even though it is just
opened, it already is one of our most profitable unit by bringing the company a weekly income of
$78,000.

PKP Venezuela HQ

The first enterprise we opened here it of course, the headquarter at Venezuela, PKP
Venezuala HQ. It controls, manage, and take care of the division in the country. It also controls
the advetising campaign. We saw Venezuale as a great place to expand our business with a low
tax rating and more population than Ivory Coast.

PKP Warehouse

PKP Warehouse is the most profitable unit of all the PKP Corporations sub-divisions. It brings
a weekly revenue of $500,00. We bought 500 SUV cars from in the start of the second quarter.
Since then, the car has been sitting in the warehouse. But 2 weeks before Q2 Endpoint,
WinnyAlexWoo agrees to a contract that we will send them 50 cars every week for 500,000.

Fitness Center

A small fitness center in the residental area of Caracas, Venezuela. It is specialized for sport
activities for all ages. The fitness is hoped to bring a lot of customers in the future because by
specializing in sport activities, it can have up to 100 customers. Right now, it have 9 visitors a week
bringing a weekly of $4,500 revenue.

Hairdressing Salon

The lastest enterprise opened in the Hairdressing Salon. It is opened in the residental area of
Maturin, Venezuela.

PKP V Store

The second enterprise we opened in this country is a grocery store called PKP V Store. It
struggled to generate profits at first but as time oved on, it begins to make stable revenue. This is
the most improved over-time enterprise we had.

This is the Income Statement of the company. This graph shows the companys
expenses, revenues, and profits over four periods of time. In Q1, we have less revenue than
expenses. We are performing at a loss. Even though, we didnt gain any profits in the first
quarter, but we manage to improve a lot from the midpoint. In Q2, things are looking
much better. We finally manage to gain more revenues than expenses. Even though, its
little, we gain profits in the midpoint of Q2. As the end of quarter two, we gain a huge
profits of $423,407.

FUTURE PLANS

This is the overview of the PKP Corporations future plan.

- We are looking to enter the production market. We are currently interested in ceramic,
jam, and clothing factory.
- We are also looking to expand to a more populate country like the United Kingdom
- In the end, we want to make profits, maintain, and improve the companys performance.
