Based upon the number of room nights above, your group will be provided a special $149.00 rate,
plus tax (currently at 16% plus $5.00 Ga Hotel Fee per night). These rates are 10% commissionable,
payable to IATA# 33696423, and are subject to 16% state and occupancy tax, plus a $5.00 Ga Hotel
Fee per night. Rate will be honored 2 days prior to arrival and 2 days after departure dependent upon
Hotel availability.

RESERVATIONS PROCEDURE (Individual Call-In): It is our understanding that if your group

books on their own, reservations will be confirmed with the hotels reservations department by
individual call-in. Please call the hotels reservations department at (800) 445-8667. To ensure that all

reservations are properly coded to your group room block, it is imperative that all attendees provide the
name of your group Randall Lawler Wedding when making their reservation. Reservations must be
received by 05/31/2017. After this date any unused rooms in your block will be released to general hotel
availability. Any revisions or additions received after this date should be discussed with your sales
manager and will be honored on a space and rate availability basis.

If an individual needs to cancel their own personal reservation they need to cancel 24 hours prior to
arrival to avoid a cancellation or No Show charge. It is the responsibility of the group contact to relay
this information to their attendees.

BILLING: Room, tax, and incidentals are the responsibility of the individual.

State Tax and Hotel/Motel Tax Exempt Clause:

If a group is exempt from Georgia State Tax (currently at 8%) and/or hotel/motel tax (currently at 8%) a
form must be faxed 14 days prior to arrival to the Sales Manager. There is one form for each tax and
the group must supply the form. In order to apply the tax exemption to the entire group, the group must
use one credit card or one check for the entire group. The method of payment must be associated with
the group. The state tax exemption form must be for Georgia and not any other state.

If a group has individuals paying for their own rooms, a tax exemption form must be presented for each
individual at check-in.

PARKING RATES: Listed below are the standard parking rates for valet parking in the Hotels parking
garage. Please be advised that these are current rates and are subject to change, however, rates will be
confirmed to you no later than 30 days prior to your groups arrival.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: To accommodate your group with maximum efficiency, we respectfully

request a 3:00 p.m. check-in and a 11:00 a.m. check-out. When notified in advance, we are able to
provide storage space for the luggage of guests who arrive early or depart after the requested checkout
time.

EARLY ARRIVALS / LATE DEPARTURES: We are pleased to offer a guest room rate of $149.00 to
participants arriving early or departing late based on availability.

SECURITY: Homewood Suites Atlanta Midtown will not be responsible for any personal items or
equipment left in its meeting or function rooms. Any Hotel property that is damaged or removed from
the Hotel will be considered the responsibility of Randall Lawler Wedding.

Randall Lawler Weddingwaives any defense as to the validity of any liquidated damages as stated in
this agreement, as they may appear on the grounds that such liquidated damages are void as penalties or
are not reasonably related to actual damages.

CONTRACT: Please return the signed contract by 01/31/2017.

INDEMNIFICATION: To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect, indemnify, defend and
hold harmless the Hotel, Crescent and the owner of the Hotel, and their respective employees and agents
against all claims, losses or damages to person or property, governmental charges or fines, and costs
(including reasonable attorneys fees), arising out of or connected with your function, except those
claims arising out of the sole negligence or willful misconduct of the Hotel. You represent and warrant
that your activities conducted at the Hotel and in connection with the function shall not infringe the
patent, copyright or trademark rights or violate rights of privacy or publicity of any third party.

Force Majeure/Acts of God: The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to Acts of
God, war, government regulations, government authority, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, acts of
terrorism or other emergencies in the United States, an of which make it illegal, impossible or unsafe to
provide the facilities and/or services for your event, or any of which put you in a position where
cancellation of the event is in the best interest of your attendees due to travel safety concerns. It is
provided that this Agreement may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice
from one party or the other without liability.

RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL: In the event that the Hotel should have an additional request for space
over the same period, or a portion of the period as described herein prior to full execution of this
Agreement, the Hotel will contact Randall Lawler Wedding and request a commitment within 48
hours consisting of a deposit and signed confirmation

ACCEPTANCE: This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties with reference
on this subject matter and may not be modified or amended, except if in writing signed by both parties.
Any notices to be given or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and sent to each of the parties at their
last known address.

If these agreements meet with your organizations approval, please sign and return the Agreement by
01/31/2017. Our execution of this agreement will then constitute the mutual confirmation and shall
constitute an enforceable contract between Randall Lawler Wedding and the Hotel.
