ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

It has always been our dream to be a Law Enforcement someday. And how as we and our

four years journey in this constitution. We would like to give credits to those instruments that

stood with us until end. These are the persona, who we owe success to, for without them, what

we have now will never come to reality. We are indebted with their unending support, we are

salute the following:

To the creator of heaven and earth, for the gift of life and for the unconditional love. We

are deeply grateful for we owe him all of our success.

To the institution, Colegio de Kidapawan, which had been our home and gave us the

atmosphere of learnings and hand on experiences, to our dean: Mr. Renato A. Catubig and to the

Instructors of the Criminology Department, thank you for teaching us, for your effort and sharing

what you know, we are grateful in gratitude.

To our parents, for undying love, moral support, and financial support, for always being

there for us in good times and bad, for giving us the things we need and want in my studies, for

there selfless love and affection and for being the best parents one could ever had. We are

endlessly grateful for having you.


INTRODUCTION

A crime laboratory is a scientific laboratory, using primarily forensic science for the

purpose of examining the evidences and preservation from criminal cases.

A shooting is an occasion when someone is killed or injured by being shot with a gun.

Under R.A. No. 7659 section 6, article 248, Murder. Murder is any person who not falling

within the provision of article 246 shall kill, another shall be guilty of murder and shall be

punished by reclusion perpetua, to death if committed with any of the following attendant

circumstances:

1. With treachery, taking advantage of superior strength, with the aid of armed men, or

employing men to weaken the defence or of means or person to insure or afford

impunity.
2. In consideration of the price, reward or promise.
3. By means of inundation, fire, poison, explosion, shipwreck standing of a vessel,

derailment or assault upon a railroad, fall of airship, or by means of motor vehicles,

with the use of any other means involving great waste and ruin.
4. On occasion of any of the calamities enumerated in the preceding, paragraph, or of an

earthquake, eruption of a volcano, destructive cyclone, epidemic or other public

calamity.
5. With evident premeditation.
6. With cruelty by deliberately and in humanly argument, the suffering of victim, or out

raging or scoffing at his person or coupes.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

The case study we have chosen aims to:


1. To be able to determine the causes of shooting incident.
2. To develop an awareness in the student of various forms of evidence left in shooting

incident
