SOP OF SR PROCESS:

i. Load the job on Bogie.

ii. Set Thermocouples at 6 points as per the standard.
iii. Switch ON the main power from PCC-3.
iv. Switch ON the Power at 7F2 to furnace.
v. Switch ON the Control Supply Panel.
vi. Switch ON Instrument supply, Recorder-1 and Recorder-2.
vii. Check the Water supply.
viii. Send bogie IN the furnace.
ix. Close the door and lock.
x. Feed the program.
xi. Run program.
xii. Turn ON all-6 Fan Motors.
xiii. Turn ON all-6 Heater zone.
xiv. Check current and voltage in all heaters.
xv. Temperature varies as per the program and Heaters run for required
time.
xvi. Unlock the door and Open it after the whole process is completed.
xvii. Take the bogie OUT.
