Note: The man days for assessment for schools with student population more than 5000 will be provided on
request.

From June 1, 2016 Organizations making payment to QCI are requested to add Service Tax Charge @ 15% on
the fees mentioned. Fees received without Service Tax will not accepted

Guidance notes :

1. Two copies of application on prescribed format, duly filled in, are to be submitted along with
necessary documents & application fees.
2. Fees to be paid through Demand Draft/local cheque in favour of Quality Council of India
payable at New Delhi.
3. The application fee includes readiness visit charges.
4. The accreditation fee does not include expenses on outstation travel, lodging/boarding of
assessors, which will be borne by the school on actual basis.
5. The accreditation, once granted will be valid for four years, subject to continued compliance to
accreditation criteria and payment of applicable fees.
6. The first annual fee is payable after readiness visit and before assessment visit.
7. 15% discount will be admissible in case school pays the accreditation fee for four years in one
instalment.
8. The periodic review visit will be planned annual one month from date of grant of accreditation.
9. NABET may call for un-announced visit, based on any concern or any serious incident.
10. For additional visit/s the school shall bear the additional man day fee (as applicable), travel,
boarding & lodging expenses (on actual).
11. Fees once deposited is non-refundable.

a. On application - Application fees as by A
b. Prior to Accreditation Assessment Visit - Annual fee as per B
c. On completion of every year for next 3 years - Annual fee as per B
d. On completion of 4 years - Application fee (for re-assessment)
