Test transformer: to step up the ac voltage.

Measuring capacitor: To measure the ac voltage after step up the voltage.

Connecting rod: for connection purpose.

Connecting cup: to connect the connecting rod with sphere electrode.

AC peak voltmeter: to measure AC voltage.

Floor pedestal: for safety purpose.

Method: first of all we shall discharge the entire connected component with the help
of ground stick then disconnect the already made circuit if required. Connect the
test transformer with capacitor with the help of connecting rod and then connect
the capacitor with spherical electrode.

We will take the readings for spherical electrode having 100mm diameter and then
readings for 50mm diameter electrode, before replacing the one electrode with
other one we will turn off the supply and then discharge the components
