Buttermilk Pancake

Dry Ingredients:
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. of whole white wheat flour
2 tsp. of baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Then mix together
Wet ingredients:
2 tbsp of melted butter
2 tbsp of honey
then whisk together
then add
2 fresh eggs (room temp.)
then beat eggs slightly
then add to the honey- butter mixture and add a tsp of salt
then whisk until salt dissolves
then add 1c. of buttermilk, 1/2c. milk
then pre heat the pan first before adding the dry ingredients
if pan is hot enough add a bit of grease tot he pan before mixing the dry and we
t ingredients. Then add the wet and dry ingredients. Wet to dry but keep whiskin
g but don't over whisk. If mixture is too thick just add a little bit of milk en
ough not to make the mixture too thick ( reserved 1/4 c. of milk) if mixture is
still too thick for you just add tablespoons of milk until you achieve what u ar
e looking for in a mixture. DOn't put too much milk on the mixture as it will re
sult to a tough pancakes not fluffy. If you want to add chocolate chips or blueb
erry (dried/ frozen) to the mixture for a more delicious pancake you can do so.
