CLUB DAY

An annual celebration of the students supported by the teachers in UM Tagum


College. Students join different clubs that presents many opportunities to learn more
about themselves, their goals and strengths. They are free to choose on their preferred
clubs and organizations that fit to their skills and ideas.

Joining student clubs and organizations helps to build networks and


opportunities. Meeting new students, making connections, and building relationships
will all help down the line for future career.

Since the ACCESS Circle Society Inc. promotes comradeship, leadership, unity
and connections. Every member of the club united to build a unique booth that
represents the clubs objectives to its members. Each member gave their individual
ideas on how to create a booth that will attract students to join the club.

The booth shows the activities that ACSI done for many fruitful years. The
compiled pictures from the different activities of the club were attached on the booth
showing the members comradeship and generosity to the needy such as feeding
program and coastal cleaning.

At the end of the day, each members were pleased of the accomplishment of
creating a unique booth that came from ideas and hard work of everybody.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Clubs and organizations add new members continuously throughout a year. Each
member of the ACSI club were challenged to recruit members as much as they can to
continue the objectives of the club because several of the members are going to
graduate this school year.

The ACSI is a club that is open to interested students whether they are from
different departments of the school. The recruitment started by gathering the interested
students of UM Tagum in an orientation. They were accommodated by the president of
the club together with the members. The aspirants were oriented about what ACCESS
Circle Society is all about, on what are the activities of the club, presenting the school
years club officers and showing how members of the club greet each other by unique
hand shaking.After the orientation, the interested students were given a list of the
students and faculty members of ACSI. Each were challenged that they should go to the
members and ask them to sign for a week. The number of signatures will be the guide
of the officers on the students determination to join the club.

After a week-long following members for their signatures, the students were up to
an interview by the members. Each members were grouped and interviewed their
chosen aspirant. Afterwards, the chosen aspirants were informed that they will be part
of the club after they join the scheduled acceptance day.
