Airline Staff:

Flight Crew

a. Flight Officer (2) the flight officer has the task of

performing operational services or all duties related to Pre
Flight (preparation), such as establishing for limit weights,
interpretation weather and NOTAM, Flight Planning, Crew
Briefing, in flight (Flight Watch) and Post Flight (debriefing)
and has a 74 hours guarantee per month with a rate of
P214,600 plus P2,900 wage per hour of travel.
b. Captain/Pilot (2) the pilot has the duty of holding the
responsibility for the operation and safety of the flight. He
also holds the appropriate category, class, and type rating,
if appropriate, for the conduct of the flight and has an
assurance of 74 hours per month that is equal to P695, 600
plus P9,400 per hour of travel.
c. Flight Engineer (2) the flight engineer has the duty
primarily concerned with the operation and monitoring of all
aircraft systems, and is required to diagnose and where
possible rectify or eliminate any faults that may arise and
has 74 hours monthly guarantee with a pay of P247,900
with an additional of P3,350 per hour of travel.

Cabin Crew

a. Flight Attendant (8) the flight attendant has the task of

conducting pre-flight cabin checks, checking boarding passes and
direct passengers to seats, advising passengers of safety
regulations, distributing reading material and serve meals and
drinks, providing first aid treatment and assisting sick
passengers, anticipating and providing for the comfort of
passengers needing special attention, including unaccompanied
children, parents with infants, people with disability, the elderly
and non-English-speaking passengers, takes action in the event
of decompression, turbulence, mechanical malfunction, or
unlawful acts by passengers, preparing for emergency landings
and the evacuation of passengers and has a fixed 74 hours per
month with a salary of P74,000 plus P1,000 per hour of travel.

Security Officers (2) the security crew has the task of

developing and implementing security policies/procedures,
responsible for initial and ongoing security awareness training,
focal point for security incidents, responsible for ensuring disaster
recovery plans are adequate, ensuring physical security of
buildings, ensuring final disposition of electronic data is properly
handled and has a 74 hours fixed monthly guarantee with a pay
of P25, 000.
