The Walking Bus


On Wednesday at 8.00am for the last two weeks, approximately 30 students
accompanied by enthusiastic, positive parents have gathered and walked from
the Myers end of Scotts Road or in the other direction from the Alfriston Road
end of Shifnal Drive, to walk together safely and happily to school. What a great Skids run fun activities and have
way to get fit in the mornings. Thank you Mrs Healey for organising this afternoon with the children. We also help
do homework and provide afternoon tea.

Inter School Swimming Sports
On Tuesday a group of students represented our school in the Manurewa Schools swimming
competition. They were outstanding in their sportsmanship, competitiveness, as well as
being fantastic ambassadors for our school.

Our New Entrant Class C1 has been reading a book about fish and the ocean.
