Fixing and wiring Hole is cut on mounting plate in according with mounting dimension, then fix meter on the plate. Wire is connectted to terminal. of meter in according with different types of signals. Thermal resistance can be connected with second-wire system or three-wire system. If choosing the former, please link B and C together, then joint to one end of the thermal resistance and A to the other end. If choosing the latter, please joint according with chart 2. Operation (=) Putinto run While electrifying to meter, it starts self-inspection and displays the related information which includes the number of channels, the measuring range of highest channel and types of input signal, etc After self-inspection, meter changes into run automatically and its screen will display the measuring value.Meter may be restarted by pressing “4 ‘fit’ (revert) button if it runs with trouble. The default run mode of the meter is automatic itinerant inspection. Press “increase” or “decrease” to change into manual mode, the display channel number will increases or reduce along with press now. If want to change meter from manual mode to automatic mode, please press “set” to display “CP” on the measuring windows, press “set” again, there is “0” displaying on the screen, the run mode of the meter will change into automatic mode by pressing “set” third time(That is to press‘set” three times). (—) Set parameter 1. When meter is in measuring mode, press “set” and alarm window displays “CP”. Then press “increase” or “reduce” to input Password(the value of CP) 2. Press “set” to enter the parameter setting. 3. The display window displays the process of parameter setting and the inspection window displays the channe. “increase” or “reduce” is used for changing the value. Set self-inspection speed Press “increase” or “decrease” after pressing “set” to chang CP into 8, then press “set” again to enter this mode. When meter displays “So”, it enters setting mode,press “set” to display current value,then press “increase” or “decrease” to change value to get needed speed, press “set” to save the parameter into EEPROM at last(The value may be set from 1 to 255 seconds). 5. Set parameter of each channel independently It is separate setting parameter mode of each channel Press “set” to enter this mode when CP is 25. Cyclic Redundancy Check Code Cyclic Redundancy Check Code (CRC) contains two bytes (16 binary datas). CRC code is calculated and positioned at the end of sended data. Receiving equipment gets the information and recalculates the CRC code to check whether it is consistent with the receiving, if not , it reports error. The method of calculating CRC code is that Presets 1 to each bit of 16-bit register first, then processes each eight-bit data step by step. Eight data bits is used only During this process.(Initiation bit, stop bit and Parity check bit are unused). Calculates with low byte in register with XOR, calculated value moves 1 byte to low byte and is fill in high byte with 0. and then check the lowest bit, if it is 1, data in register calculats with preset number with XOR, otherwise Not So, it is did so eight times. The same method is repeated as the previous with next Eight-bit data,at last, it is CRC value in register. CRC code calculation steps is as follows: 1. 16-bit register is preset with hex data “FFFF” (Each bit is 1), which is called CRC register. 2. Makes XOR between the first 8-bit data and the low 8-bit data in CRC register, store the result in CRC register. 3. Value in CRC is Moved right 1 bit, the highest bit is filled in with 0, then check it. 4. If the moved-out data is 0, repeat third step(move again).If it is 1, data in register calculats with hex data “A001” preset number with XOR. 5. Repeat 3ird and fourth step until moving right eight times 6. Repeat from 2nd step to fifth step to process the next 8-bit data. The gotted value in CRC register is the CRC code,
