Present System In Use
Working Of Present / Manual System

Doing all works manually is huge task for the shopekepper.So to staisfy
The shokeepers burden the software development is identified as a need to them.Without an
efficient are preplannead system,the shopkeeper administrator means
a shopkeeper will not be able to create or maintain the large amount of customer data records.
In Present/ Manual system , the shopkeepker has to maintain the customer
Record like customer full name,address etc, information.
Also the shopkeeper ha to maintain the information like details of products,
Order details,and bill details etc information of customer. This is very difficults task to maintain all
these information into registers.
It is necessary for shopkeeper to maintain computerized system so he has the technological
advantage of overcoming the manual records maintenance.
In present/Manual system the customer need some advance new products ,available in their
home town ? At that time the customer faces lot more problems to getting that product and also
paid more money for products. So, to overcome this problem we can propsee new system.
Flaws-in-present-system
1. Maintenance of record is difficult
In present/Manual system, the shopkeeper has to maintain
the customer recurd like customer full name ,address etc.
Information.Also the shopkeeper has to maintain the
information like details of products order details,and bill
details etc information of customer. This is very difficult task
to maintain all these information into the registers.
2.record keeping
Is present system the shopkeeper has to burden to maintain
all the records of the customer.It is very tedious jib for the
shopkeeper.
3.Entries
In present system the shopkeeper has to maintain all the
entries in records.
4.Searching,Sorting
In present system the shopkeeper has omore difficult task
for searching the record as well as to sorting the record
because the shopkeeper maintain various number product.
5.Accuracy
In present system the accuracy was not maintained by the
shopkeeper because of above four demerits.the
shopkeeper was unable to maintain the accuracy like
delivery date, month,year and the payment was paid by the
customer by various ways.

Working Of Purposed System
In previous purchasing system all the records of
customer kept in papers or registers and done by manually
which comsume a lot of time and not that much
accurate.But,in present system,first
Collect all information .after that by taking into
consideration allthr rules which apply to that either on
customer either on customer or the information of the
particular data in which the customer should be purchase
the books.
In present system we can see the previous book and
customer records.As we wanr to see any book and
customer record,we can see within a second thats why
the proposed COFFEE HOUSE is better than previous
one.
The proposed COFFEE HOUSE maintain the customer
records like customers full name,address,city,state,pin
code,phone number,etc. information.
Also the proposed COFFEE HOUSE available more
variety of coffee in very short period of time and in less
amount as compared to present/manual system.
In our proposed COFFEE HOUSE the administrator will
maintain all the book record on the basis of coffee
category,name coffee,rate amount etc.which will help to
customer to serach particular book from database.
Merits of purposed system
1. Simplifies work
In our proposed coffee house the main advantage of quicker
entries of the coffee in database.this complex job is made easy
by this application . this is because the proposed system is
designed in such a way that the user has to make entires just
at click of button.
2.saved time and money
The proposed coffee house is designed in such a way that the
user has to make entries just at the click of button.this
application saves time due to the above reason.
The proposed system is developed in java language,thus
making it platform independent.this is to say that this
application can work on any operating system.the cost of
installing and maintaining this system is low, which makes this
application cost effective.
3.more accuracy
In our proposed,coffe house,the accuracy maintained by the
administrator.the administrator is able to maintain the accuracy
like delivery date,month,year and the payment was paid by
only the cash.
4.maintains large amount of data
In our proposed coffee house ,the administrator will maintain
the customer record like customer full
name,address,city,state,pin code,phone number,etc.
information.also the administrator has to maintain the
information like details of books,order,details and bill details etc
information of customer,this is very easy task to maintain all
these information into the databases.

5.access privileges given

I n our coffee house secure customer secure customer giving
access privileges to accessthe details of coffee for this customer
need a fulfill the new user login form.
Administrator has privileges to udates ,insert new category ,new
coffee in database for this he need specific login.

6.more security levels added for critical info.

In our coffee house ,for update,insert,books there is a secure for
the administrator,update,insert of books cant access by the
customer this all admin the file become hide from customer side.
7.access by the customer
In our coffee house,when specific customer login at that time he
will access the customer related file that is he can access the file
of searching the coffee,from this customer can choose particular
coffee.
8.User friendly
In our coffee house many facilities are available in this
application.any person can access this application easily from
any place.
