Discussion
The degree Celsius is a unit of measure for
temperature. It is named after the
Swedish astronomer, Anders Celsius,
who devised the Celsius scale in 1742.
Examples
a. Convert 27C to degree
Fahrenheit.
Solution: F= 9/5(27)+ 32
=80.6F
b. Convert 95F to degree celsius.
Solution: C=5/9 (95-32)= 35C
