ADMINISTRATIVE SCIENCES
Course Name : Leadership and Culture ( 3 ECTS )
Students in this course will develop a leadership kit to use throughout their careers, in elds ranging from business and education to government. Students
will learn and apply leadership strategies for working with diverse colleagues, making decisions and problem solving, motivating others, implementing
change, and understanding how culture affects leadership effectiveness. The program begins with an assessment of each student's leadership style and
strengths, and provides opportunity to apply material learned to real life situations.
Course Description: The primary purpose of this course is to familiarize students with contemporary leadership theories and perspectives within a variety of
contexts. Each student will develop a more complete and holistic philosophical and theoretical leadership framework.
Course Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
