comparison to Toyota
The main reason for this thread is to discuss the pros and cons of all 1.3L Pakistani
Cars.

A. Toyota Corolla 1.3L

Swift - 180 km/hr is the limit on the dial

City - 220 km/hr on the dial
Corolla - 220 km/hr on the dial as far as i remember.

The above mentioned facts and comparison leads us to a conclusion that in current
market scenario the Suzuki has less developed technology than its counterparts

Market Share
Suzuki being the cheapest, covers 33%, Toyota 28% and Honda has a market share of 25%.
The remaining 14% cover all other brands. Which is a strength but the company is striving to
develop its market with introduction of new members in its product line to avoid the
competition, diversification of portfolio and grabbing market share in other segments.

Product Line
Pak Suzuki has the most diversified product line compared to other two players where Honda
has the smallest product line. This gives Suzuki an option of wide variety for consumers to
choose from.

cause of failure of Kizashi.

Management

Suzuki global, has the highest stakes in Pakistani subsidiary so it will support more compared
to other brands to retain the revenues and sustain its position in the market.
