What advice would you give to someone who is new in their career?
Learning should not stop with your first job, it's just starting. Do not hesitate to go around asking for
help, and do not be afraid to talk about your ideas.

We work on very tough problems, and although there are no answers to many of our complicated issues
I suggest new hires try to solve different problems, research the best answers for a problem every day,
and look at all possible ways to solve a problem. This extreme focus turns problems into opportunities
and innovation comes from this work.

Dont get too hung up about what you do in your first couple of years on the job. Be open to working on

always be a plan to deliver a final solution based on robust, flexible, and scalable architecture.
