Gambat South Gas Processing Facility (GPF-II)
Client: PPL Pakistan
The scope of the project includes Engineering, Procurement, Construction and
Commissioning of the plant producing 50 MMSCFD natural gas, 11 mt/day LPG and
1050 barrel /day of Condensate.

My responsibilities includes coordination and review of all instrument deliverables


issued by Engineering Sub-Contractor, Technical evaluation of packaged
equipment, I conducted all the activities for procurement of field instruments
including RFQ generation, Review of Vendor Quotes, review of Detailed Design
Deliverables etc.

Supply of Condensation stabilization Unit


Client: OMV Pakistan
The objective of this Supply Job is to design & construct the condensate
stabilization unit to separate 3 MMSCFD natural gas, 2000 BPD stabilized
Condensate & produced water from the continuous FEED supply of existing plant.

I was responsible for conducting all the instrument engineering related work, which
included designing of all instrument deliverables (Mater Index, Datasheets, Layouts,
MTO/BOQs etc), participation of HAZOP & SIL Studies, coordinating with other
departments for the technical evaluation of vendor quotes for different
instruments.

WORK EXPERIENCE EPCC of Makori Field Development Surface Facility


Client: MOL Pakistan
Development of Makori Gas Processing Facility (GPF) at the existing Manzalai Central
Processing Facility (CPF) site for the processing of 150 MMScfd natural gas, 30,000 bbl/d
oil/condensate & an additional facility to extract 280-300 MT/day LPG.

My responsibilities in the project include review & approve instrument deliverables


issued by detail engineering subcontractor. Review & finalize Vendor quotes & collect
the Engineering required data from Vendors & submit the same to Design Engineering
subcontractor. I was also involved in different Site based activities during construction
phase of the project.

The objective of the project was detailed engineering and design of MARAMZAI-2 &
MAMIKHEL-2 Wellhead Surface Facilities, and Respective MAMIKHEL & MARAMZAI
Valve Assemblies. My task in this project was to design all the documents for
Instrumentation i.e. Datasheets, Schedules, Drawings etc.

FEED for Creation of Landfarm at Dukhan Fields


Client: Qatar Petroleum
The scope of the project was to prepare Front End Engineering Design for the
construction and operation of a full-scale facility with an overall area of 10ha for
the treatment of hydrocarbon contaminated soil and materials that are generated
by Dukhan oilfield operations.

My responsibility was to design FEED package for Instrumentation including


Instrument Master Index, I/O List, Cable Schedule, Instrument Datasheets, Cause &
Effect diagrams, Instrument & JB location Layout and other deliverables according
to QATAR PETROLEUM Design Standards.

Endorsement of FEED of North Azdagan Oil Field Development


Client: CPECC
My task was to Review, verify and validate the engineering deliverables and to
prepare Comments sheets for each technical deliverable included in the FEED
Package of North Azadegan Oil Field Project. Specifically I have worked on Cause &
Effect Diagram, Instrument Basis of Design & Instrument Specifications.

Basic and Detailed Engineering for Latif Gas Processing at Sawan


Client: OMV Pakistan
Detailed engineering and design of 49 km long 16 Carbon Steel flow line from
wellhead Latif North01 to SAWAN Central Processing Plant & development of
Plant Reception Facility at SAWAN CPP and Integration with Existing Facility.

Basic & Detail Engineering for ZAMZAMA Infill Wells Surface Facilities
Development Project

The ZAMZAMA Infill Wells Surface Facilities Development Project involves the
development of wellhead surface facilities & installation of flow line from wellhead

design documents like Datasheets, Instrument Indexes & Instrument Drawings etc.

Design of Export Pipeline and Flow lines and Associated Facilities


Client: Polish Oil & Gas Company Limited
The objective of this project was provide Detail Engineering Design Services for
Wellhead Facilities at Rehman-1 and Hallel X-1 wells & 8 50km Export Pipeline and
Well Flow lines. My task was to design Instrument deliverables for the wellhead
facility.

EXPERIENCE (2009 2010)
Project: APIBS (Automatic Personal Identification & Biometric System).
The objective of the R&D project was to design & implement an algorithm for
fingerprint & iris recognition which can be used on massive databases with accurate
results.

My responsibilities were to design the fingerprint recognition algorithm in MATLAB & C


Language & implement the algorithm on Xilinx Virtex-V FPGA to achieve the required
fingerprint matching rate.
