 THE HISTORY OF SOR I LOCATIONS
Us, Pyry Hurula and Heikki Uotila, started planning The location is a massive old Soviet military factory. Its

outcome was that we created an impact on Finnish policies
and finally theres a lot of deregulation happening

ABOUT SORI
We are an Estonian brewery started by two Finns after an impressive
crowdfunding campaign in 2015. Sori Brewing was born international
to brew beers without compromises. For that reason, we have one of
the biggest barrel aging programs in Northern Europe.

Sori beers range from massive IPAs to refreshingly fruity sours. However,
we are notorious for our Imperial Stouts and strong Baltic Porters, as
well as our barrel aged specialities. Our motto is to brew Serious Beer
for Not So Serious People.

Sori beers are sold already in twelve markets, the biggest markets
being in Scandinavia, Estonia, France, Russia and the Netherlands. We
work both with big nationwide importers and distributors, as well as
smaller specialized importers around Europe. We are growing fast. In
2016 we brewed 2000 hl of beer. It was our first full year in operation.
Currently we have a 15 hl brewhouse and fermentation capacity of

450 hl. Our skilled and educated international team ensures we push
boundaries every day, and make sure the product is always high quality.

lesson: An Owl = Het Uiltje (in Dutch) = kull

This beer is a Farmhouse IPA fermented with

French Saison yeast and dry hopped with
American Citra and Cascade. Citrusy hoppy

and earthy fruity IPA that is perfect paired with
light foods like salads and woks.

Raspberry Punch is a wild and refreshing sour

beer! This pungently tart, fuchsia red Berliner
Weisse gets its bold character from a load
of added raspberries and the souring lactic

Weisse Mit Schuss Himbeere.

In the 16th century, the statue of the Madonna

was stolen by pirates. During fights, they threw
it into the sea and the statue disappeared. The
statue was found again from Sori beach around

50 years later, unharmed. During WWII, the town
of Sori was bombarded and the statue ended
up in the sea. 11 years later the statue found
back to the beach of Sori, again unharmed.
