The teacher checks absentees and the students answer.
The teacher asks students whether they usually work out,

writes the date and the title on the blackboard and presents
the objectives.
Students write in their notebooks.
Teacher asks students to look at the title and try to explain it.

Procedure:

Teacher asks students when does a person say Eureka, and


what famous person said it for the first time.
Students take turns and answer the questions.
Teacher asks students to read the titles of the texts from
page 146, and to work in pairs and try to match each
medical discovery with the correct phrase from exercise 3 on
page 146.
Students take turns in answering.
Teacher asks students to skim and scan the texts from page
146 and solve exercise 3b on page 146.
Students take turns in answering.
Teacher writes some sentences on the blackboard and asks
students to identify the grammar structures: You should see
a doctor about that cough. She mustnt smoke in here.

Teacher asks students to work in pairs and solve exercise 2a
on page 148.

notebooks which of the doctors should people in ex. 2a see.
