*PRAYER OF INVOCATION & CONFESSION (in unison): God
of Creation, God of Light and Life, God of Mercy and Compassion,
God of Hope and Kindness, we call on You today to meet with us in
this place. Embrace us in Your Love and allow us to see just a little of
what You see. Grant us open ears and hearts to hear Your Word and
obey. Transform us, O Lord. We confess we are people of violence
and arguments. Teach us to make tools of restoration from our
weapons of destruction. Calm our frantic search for wealth by
granting us Your Peace. Refocus our confusion by giving us a vision
of the image in which we were created. Forgive us our sins and enable
us to begin again in Jesus name. Amen.

MORNING PRAYER AND THE LORDS PRAYER (use

INVITATION TO THE OFFERING: Like obedient sheep, help
us to focus only on the voice of the Good Shepherd, to
follow His Wisdom and trust the path He laid before us.
Help us to understand that when we believe the resources of
life are scarce, we can become self-centered. Yet, if we
believe there is an abundance of those things which make
life worth living, we will engage our neighbors with love
and compassion. Let us commit ourselves today to serve
others out of the abundance provided us as we generously
give of our tithes and offerings.

things and hold nothing back that is good and wholesome, so
we lovingly return these gifts with the prayer that You will

Pastor: With the light of new life burning bright before
us, O Lord, take us from this safe place of worship to follow

see. Let us walk without stumbling until we find our way
to You.
