Beverly your stated, "The instructor should not make the test too

difficult nor too easy, there should be various questions which will
demonstrate that all domains of learning have been affected." This
brought back some flash back of my under graduates experience with
the unfairness and unprepared nursing instructors I encounter. I have a
strong belief that a nurse instructor should have an ethical obligation
to ensure that both tests and the decisions based on tests are valid.
the exams should be supported by substantial evidence, consistent
across courses, and fair to all test takers. Regardless of age, gender,
disability, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation,
linguistic background, testing style and ability, or other personal
characteristics and should not be judged.
