In July 2016 Mrs. Sadia Parveen CRO disbursement was closed due to High
NPL. Her only work from July 2016 to December 2016 was only recovery. I and
my other team members sport her in recovery but unfortunately her NPL increases.

Sir in January2017 when the higher management mail us that she know send the
new cases then he send only one case to Head Office thats amounts only 40000.

Sir kindly terminates her and appointed the new CRO for the managing
disbursement and recovery. So branch manage their targets as soon as.
