Project Management

1. Define requirements
Gather information related to Project requirements from the client,
prepare a list of all functions, features and define the scope of work.
This will include workshops, user meetings, presentations, and case
reviews.

2. Planning
Coordinate and schedule project resources and tasks identifying key
milestones, responsibilities, the critical path, dependencies, as well as
risks. IBA Technologies LLC can also help in the strategic planning.
 3. Design and Approval
This includes scrutiny and approval of all areas of design, information
architecture, user requirements, functional and technical specifications.

4. Development
After receiving approval from the client, development/Modification will
be starting to build the system to satisfy customer requirements.

5. Quality Assurance
Based on project implementation phases, modules testing, and clients
feedback, the final version will be released.

6. Testing
A full testing shall be done, for system, user acceptance and
performance. Test plans and scripts are outputs of this stage.

7. Training
IBA Technologies will help to define the training requirements, plan and
carry out the training, as well as helping in creating training manuals
for users as reference guides to the users.

8. Delivery
The delivery of the system shall be done after UAT.

9. Support
IBA Technologies shall provide the support not only throughout the
project lifecycle but also in the form of an official SLA to maintain
solution availability.

The project will require your active involvement in all stages of implementation
phases including planning, testing, and sign off to achieve the target.

Terms and Conditions
1. All the costs mentioned are in Omani Rial Omani (OMR).

AMC @20 % Percentage will be applicable for order value. AMC starting .2
.date will be after three months from the date of Initial Installation

3. Additional Implementation charge @ RO1500/- per month shall be

applicable in case of delay from your end, contradictory to the agreed
schedule.

4. Required licensing for Database shall be (Microsoft Sql Server )

procured from your side. (Not included in our pricing).

5. Validity: This proposal is valid for One month from the date of
submission.

6. Support Warranty: Any software issues identified by us as system

bugs shall be rectified free of cost.
 7. System damage : IBA Technologies LLC shall not responsible for any
loss of data, or damage to software on the following cases:
Persons other than IBA team member interfere with the database
or modification of software.
Inclement environment
Any damage happened due to Force majeure
Any data loss due to the absence of Daily backup by the
customer

8. Any Software or service other than mentioned above in the

proposal are not included in the offer, more over any extra
requirements shall be quoted separately.

9. Compiled programs and executables will be delivered in CD. [Source

code not included]

10. Client must provide healthy working environment and necessary

resources during the implementation phase.

11. For any service rendered outside Capital Area, travel time and
travel expenses will be chargeable (in addition to support charges), if
the support call needs on-site visit outside the capital area.

12. Schedule of payment:

a. 30% along with LPO.
b. 30% On Installation.
c. 30% after UAT and Sign Off.
d. 10% on completion of 2 months after system goes live.

13. Payments shall made to the account of IBA Technologies LLC

[A/c No. 10380124439001 with NBO]

14. On approval of the project; IBA and Company has to jointly prepare the
implementation plan, WBS and other necessary documents if required
to complete the project on time.

15. The project works shall start whenever the LPO and payment are
released as per the terms.
