I am a creative and enthusiastic instructor who has a passion for teaching. This enthusiasm
has inspired me to develop innovative ways to maintain a high level of engagement in the
history classroom and assist students in having an outstanding learning experience by
providing meaning to the past, and being able to relate it to the future.

Teaching Philosophy
A classroom should be somewhere young adults can come to learn, a place where they
should feel comfortable and not afraid to speak their mind. Even outside of the classroom,
one of my hopes, as an educator, is to instill this love of learning. I want my students to
know that the possibility of what they can learn is endless.
