SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN FC BARCELONA v SEVILLA MATCH TICKETS

COMPETITION
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility:

Entrants must be aged 18 or over unless otherwise stated.


Employees (or family members of employees) of KONAMI Digital
Entertainment B.V., Jelly Media Limited (which administers the PES League
website) and companies associated with the promotion and all affiliates of
such companies may not enter the.
The Campaign is open to all members of the relevant social media
platform in the UK only. The Campaign is subject to all applicable local and
international laws and regulations.

Acceptance:

By participating in the Campaign, each entrant agrees to be fully


unconditionally bound by these General Terms and Conditions, and
warrants that he/she meets the eligibility requirements.

Campaign Period:

Entries will be accepted online starting on 00:01h on 29 th March 2017 and


ending 23:59h on 30th March 2017. All entries must be received by this
time and date.

How to Enter:

The Campaign must be entered by following @officialpes, retweeting the


competition tweet and reply with #PESFCB.
The entrant must fulfill the Campaign eligibility criteria. Entries that do not
meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted.
Entrants may enter only once. Entrants must provide the information
requested. Entrants may not enter multiple times by using multiple email
addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
Konami may refuse, disqualify or void any entry (including a winning
entry) if there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach
of these General Terms & Conditions or if the entrant concerned or anyone
authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in fraudulent
manner or in a way towards Konami or other entrants which Konami
reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the
winning entry is disqualified or voided Konami reserves the right to award
the prize to another entrant.

Prizes:

The winner of the Campaign will receive 2 (two) tickets for the FC
Barcelona vs. Sevilla match on 5th April 2017 (18:30 GMT kick off).
Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of
the prize shall be solely determined by Konami. The prize is non-
transferable. Any and all prize-related travel and accommodation
expenses, including without limitation any and all local taxes, shall be the
sole responsibility of winner.

Winner Selection and Notification:

A total of 1 (one) winner will be selected.


Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of
Konami and will be notified by message via Twitter, within a period of 1
(one) day of the end of the Campaign Period.
Winners will be required to submit valid identification before receiving
their prize.
Winner will be responsible for all travel and accommodation
costs/expenses.
All entrants are responsible for checking spam filters to ensure they can
receive notifications. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable
period after the closing time/date of the Campaign or is not able or
available to accept the relevant prize for any reason which is beyond the
Konamis reasonable control, then Konami reserves the right to award the
prize to another entrant.

Entrant Data:

Any entrant data collected will be used solely for the purpose of
administering the Campaign, contacting the winner(s) to notify him/her of
the prize and distributing prizes.
Entrants (you) have rights relating to the collection and use of their
personal data. These rights may permit you to access, modify, withdraw
or oppose the collection of your data and/or receive certain information
relating to its use. Konami shall act in accordance with all applicable UK
and EU legislation in relation to any personal data requests lawfully made.
Requests should be made in writing to Konami at the address set out
below.
Details of the winners full name will be available for one month after the
close of the Campaign by writing to Konami at the address below and
stating the name and date of the Campaign.

Konami Rights:

Konami reserves the right to substitute any prize for a prize of equivalent
or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its
control.
Konami reserves the right to cancel the Campaign if there are insufficient
entries or for any other reasons in Konamis reasonable discretion
Konamis decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants.
Liability:

Konami excludes all liability in relation to cable, internet or other relevant


network interruptions or failure, any hardware or software disruptions of
whatever nature and any disruption to or unavailability of the social media
platform over which the Campaign is operated.
Konami will not be liable in the event that the prize does not reach the
winner for reasons beyond Konamis reasonable control
Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence
or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, Konami and its
associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities
arising from the enjoyment of the prize; and/or any postponement,
cancellation, delay or changes to the prize beyond Konamis control; and
for any act or default of any third party supplier.

Endorsement:

The Campaign hosted by Konami is in no way sponsored, endorsed,


administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media
platform.
All entrants release and hold harmless Twitter or any other social media
platform from and against any and all liability whatsoever.

Applicable Law:

The Campaign, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection


with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English
law. All entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales
shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises
out of or in connection with this Campaign.
