NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Name of work: Providing and fixing informatory signage boards at Planning and Architecture
Building.

I am directed to invite percentage rates sealed quotations to undertake the work of Providing and fixing
informatory signage boards at Planning and Architecture Building. You are requested to quote your
reasonable rate of the above work in the enclosed schedule of work.

The contractor should inspect the site before quoted the rates and it will be sole responsibility of
the contractor to making the safety arrangement of the incumbents of the school and the labour.

The rates quoted shall include all transportation of material, labour charges, material cost, all taxes
etc.

The quotations may be downloaded from SPA website i.e. www.spa.ac.in and should be submitted in a
sealed cover superscribed Providing and fixing informatory signage boards at Planning and
Architecture Building. All quotations must reach the undersigned on or before 3-11-2015 upto 01:00
p.m.
The School reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason
thereof. The School also reserves the right to award the work to one or more than one agencies.
Incomplete and conditional quotations/tenders shall be rejected.

colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted
on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing with
shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to
class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the
plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized
aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm
center to center all along the periphery as well as in two
vertical rows along with theft resistant measures,
including the cost of painting with two or more coats of
epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of coat. The
rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners,
lowering down the structural frame work from complete
as per drawings, specification and direction of the
engineer-in-charge, (Structural frame work including
M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of
the sheet only shall be measured for payment.)

including getting out the excavated soil, then returning
the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in
depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by
ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated
soil, as directed within al lead of 50m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Terms & Conditions:-

1. The work shall be completed within 10 DAYS from the date of issue of work order otherwise 1%
penalty per day up to a maximum of 10% shall be imposed on gross amount of bill.
2. 2% income tax will be deducted from the bill.
3. The work shall be carried out as per C.P.W.D. specification and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-
charge.
4. Vat will be deducted from the bill as per applicable.
