Manoj Sharma Joins Lockton Southeast as Chief Operating Officer

Experienced executive to work with Atlanta, Charlotte, and Florida offices

(Atlanta, Ga.) August 2015 Lockton, the worlds largest privately held, independent
insurance broker, has named Manoj Sharma as Chief Operating Officer of its Southeast
operations. Sharma is responsible for client services and operations, property and
casualty insurance, employee benefits consulting, and retirement services for Locktons
operations in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Florida.

President of Locktons Southeast operations. He is a first-rate business leader with the
primary focus of serving our risk management and employee benefits clients, offering
creative solutions, and continuing to grow the business through recruiting and retaining
great people.

Prior to joining Lockton, Sharma was the Executive Managing Director of Xerox Legal
Services, a global provider of e-discovery and litigation and legal support services to
corporations and law firms. He also previously served as Global Chief Operating Officer
and Managing Director of Buck Consultants and Chief Operating Officer of Willis North
American Employee Benefits business.

Sharma earned his bachelors degree from the University of Bombay and masters
degrees from the University of Massachusetts and the Wharton School of Business at
the University of Pennsylvania.

In his role as COO, Sharma will remain in the Atlanta area, where he has resided with
his wife and two children for the past 18 years. He will work from Locktons Atlanta
