Student Management Plan

Goals for my students -

- Obtain knowledge that they will use throughout their school career and real life.
- Acquire skills on how to successfully study and prepare themselves for exams.
- Reach and accomplish all TEKS.
- Create friendships and social skills to use inside and outside of school.
- Gain independence in learning and completing tasks without being prompted.
- Treat each other with respect and create a positive learning environment.

Procedures - Must be taught like lessons
- Come into the classroom in the
morning prepared to learn
- Turn in the previous nights
assignments
- Collect any necessary supplies
out of your backpack or locker
- Read the board and begin
warm up
- Follow instructions when given
and be paying attention to the board
to see what is coming next
- Abide by classroom rules at all
times
Expectations - Must be taught and modeled
- treating others with respect at
all times
- completing all assignments to
the best of your ability
- participating in class
discussions, group or partner work,
and any other possible activities
- following basic school rules at
all times
- asking any questions you may
have in a polite manner without
interrupting
Consequences - Follow a behavior and serve
to do one of three things:
- level 1: mark on your card for
any considered to be inappropriate
behavior(3 marks leads to level 2)
- level 2: call home to discuss
proper next step or possible needed
action
- level 3: office referral
