How to make an application letter and attitude when interviewed

Introduction
Application letter

An application letter is a formal written one-page letter that


accompanies a resume and other requested documentation in an
application for a job or academic program. Application letters are often
synonymous with cover letters, and in addition to describing what
materials are included in the application, an application letter should also
take time to highlight the qualifications that prepare the writer for
acceptance into the job or academic program.

Interview

This interview is the most decisive stages in a process the new labor
recruitment. Of all the stages of a selection process, this stage will most
determine who we are in the eyes of the company will recruit, but what's

interviewing for a position that demands the use of the language. Try to
link your answer with what you know about the company if what you
have accomplished is something sought by the company.

6. Show me what you can do for the company.


Answer open-ended questions with examples. If you just answered
"Yes" or "no" the interviewer will doubt whether you really know the
answer to these questions.

7. Don't be afraid to ask questions about the company or the position you are
applying.
Usually you will be given the questions about your strengths and weaknesses.
Recognize your strengths and emphasize on matters that relate to the
position you are applying. Describe your weaknesses as strengths. Show that
you know, but are able to overcome your weaknesses.

8. After the interview, thank you for your time and the opportunity that has
been given by the interviewer. Ask about the next step of this
recruitment process or when roughly you get a decision from the
company. You can ask for the business card of the interviewer or the
name of the person who can be contacted for information on the
continuation of the process of recruitment. Give less than two weeks
before you call the company and ask the news regarding the results of
your interview.
