1. FUNDS HOLDING PROCESS

This section will guide you the process to Hold Funds from UCO Bank account to Religare Online
Trading account. The process is divided into two parts. First is to allocate the Funds from UCO bank to
its share trading account. And Second is to login to Religare Online and synching that allocated funds in
UCO Bank share trading account to Religare Online.

1.1. ALLOCATE FUNDS FROM UCO BANK TO ITS SHARE TRADING ACCOUNT:

Open URL https://www.ucoebanking.com/

Click Personal Banking Menu available of left side.

 Enter your UCO e-Banking Login Credentials and Click LOGIN

Click on Online Share Trading Tab.

 Click on Allocate funds Menu to allocate the funds to Trading Account

Enter the amount which needs to blocked for Trading Account

Enter your ID and Transaction Password
Click CONFIRM button

 Click OK to confirm the entry

You can check the confirmation entry of Allocated Funds under Funds Allocated Menu available on
left side. This will show Cumulative amount of all entries.

1.2. SYNCING OF ABOVE ALLOCATED FUNDS TO RELIGARE TRADING ACCOUNT

Click on Trading link available on Left side of UCO Bank site and login into Religare online trading
platform.
Browser will display the following page of Religare Online. Click Continue To Login

 Provide User ID and Password (Under Online Trading Account)
Click LOGIN.
The system will display Password expiry details and Last login details on your screen. Click OK.

Enter OTP (One time Password) received at your registered Email Id and Mobile number
Click Submit. Pease click regenerate if you have forgotten your OTP and follow the instructions displayed on
the screen.

Click My Accounts Menu and Select Funds Transfer-> Pay-In

Select Product type as RSL, Bank as UCO Hold(Sync) and select your Account No.
Click Submit/Get Funds Hold Button to sync the hold funds from UCO bank site.

 System will take you to login screen of UCO Banking to confirm the status. Login with your
Banking credentials

2. TRANSFER DEMAT HOLDINGS FROM UCO DEMAT TO RELIGARE ONLINE

This section will guide you the process to Block the Demat shares from UCO Bank Demat to Religare
Online Trading account for transaction purpose. The process is divided into two parts. First is to block
the Demat Holdings from UCO bank. And Second is to login to Religare Online and synching that
blocked Holdings to Religare Online Trading account.

2.1. BLOCKING OF DEMAT HOLDINGS IN UCO BANK

Open URL https://www.ucoebanking.com/

Click Personal Banking Menu available of left side.
Enter your Internet Banking Login Credentials and Click LOGIN
Click on Online Share Trading Tab for trading.
Click on View/Block Demat Menu available on left side of the page.
Enter the quantity uof Shares to Block securities to be block against each scrip and then
Click on BLOCK button to block the securities and Click NEXT button to view & block scrip's
available on next page.

 The blocked securities details will be displayed on the screen for confirmation.

2.2. SYNCING OF BLOCKED DEMAT HOLDINGS FROM UCO BANK TO RELIGARE ONLINE

Click on Trading link to login into Religare online trading platform.

Click Continue To Login

 The following Login page will open.

Provide User ID and Password (Under Online Trading Account)

Click LOGIN.
The system will display Password expiry details and Last login details on your screen. Click OK.

 Click Submit. Pease click regenerate if you have forgotten your OTP and follow the instructions displayed on

Click Transact Now-> Equity -> Holding View to synch the Holdings from UCO e-banking account to Religare
Account.
Select the Beneficiary Id and click Submit/Get Share Hold Detail button

 Click OK to proceed.

 System will ask you to login to UCO e-banking for verification and updation of stocks to Religare Online site.
Enter your UCO e-banking credentials and click Submit.

System will display the Success/Failure message respectively.

You may check the status and details of DP stocks under Transact Now-> Equity-> Transaction Report.

 The stocks hold to Religare Online will come under Transact Now-> Equity -> Stock View and user can sell
the holding stocks from there.

2.3. HOW TO TRADE ON RELIGAREONLINE.COM

Login to www.religareonline.com with your existing user id and password

Click Transact Now Place Order
Choose from the option Buy or Sell and select relevant exchange
Enter first few characters of the stock you wish to buy or sell
Fill the other order details and click Submit
Click Confirm to send the Order. In case you wish to edit the order, click on EDIT and make changes.

Alternatively, you can also place order from Market Watch page.

Click Transact Now Market Watch

Follow the steps below to create a Market Watch list
Click on NEW. Provide the name for the watch list
Select the available Asset and Exchange. Provide Scrip details
Click Save to add the Watch List
Left click on the stock name to place a buy or sell order

3. MOBILE TRADING APPLICATION TRADE ON THE GO

3.1 .PRE REQUISITE FOR USING MOBILE TRADING APPLICATION:

Mobile Handset (Android based, IOS based, Java based, Tablets, Blackberry).
Adobe Air for android phones.
Internet (2G or 3G). 3G is more preferable.

YOUR TRADING ACCOUNT WITH RELIGARE MUST BE ENABLED FOR INTERNET BASED TRADING
(ONLINE TRADING):

Your account must be enabled for internet based trading with Religare for you to start trading on Mobile. If you
are not registered for internet trading, follow the below steps to get started today.

1. Login with your existing client id on www.religareonline.com

2. If you have forgotten your password, you can make use of forgot password link on login page. You may
follow the below mentioned steps in case you have forgotten your password:
Type http://www.religareonline.com in the browser
Click on the Login button on top right corner of the portal or click on the Transact Now
menu to trade
Click Forgot Password Link under User Login page
Enter your User ID and the Email Id which is registered with us and click SUBMIT
You will receive the new password at your registered Email address
Now you can login with the password received on your Email
The system will take you to Change Password Screen to change that password
3. You will get the IBT (Internet Based Trading) Activation screen post logging in to your account
4. Select the product type and Agree to the T&Cs and Rights & Obligations. Then click on I Accept button
5. IBT will get activated on your account within 24-48 working hours after the request is sent
6. On successful activation, you will receive your password on the e-mail address registered with us

 3.2 . PROCESS FOR ACTIVATING MOBILE TRADING SERVICES (once your account is
activated for online trading):

Follow the below process to activate your trading account for mobile trading.

1. Login to www.religareonline.com with existing Online Trading Client ID and Password

2. Go to 'Mobile Trading Activation' page under Transact Now > Quick Info

3. Select the Input device on which the application needs to be installed

4. Read and Agree the Terms and Conditions
5. Click on SUBMIT to place the request
6. You will receive a Request Message along with the App download link
7. After you submit your request, your Mobile Trading will get activated within 24 working hours
i. All requests received before 6:30 P.M. will get activated after the next 24 working hours.
ii. All requests received after 6:30 P.M. will get activated after next 48 working hrs.

Or
SMS ROM to 58888 to get the download link on your mobile

3.4 . DETAILS REQUIRED TO LOGIN / GET STARTED ON MOBILE TRADING:

Once the APP is downloaded on the handset, click TRADE ON THE GO logo and the application will get
initiated with login screen.
Use your existing Trading Client ID and Password to login to the Mobile Trading App.
