Madison Street Capital, an international investment banking firm, advises on the $13.2 Million
sale/leaseback transaction for WLR Automotive Group. WLR Automotive Group is a leading car
wash and detailing, lube, and automotive repair company in Maryland and Tristate region.
Texas-based SCF Realty Capital completed the sale/leaseback transaction.

banking firm, advises on the $13.2 Million sale/leaseback transaction for WLR Automotive Group. WLR
Automotive Group is a leading car wash and detailing, lube, and automotive repair company in Maryland
and Tristate region. Texas-based SCF Realty Capital completed the sale/leaseback transaction. The
transaction was announced by Charles Botchway, CEO of Madison Street Capital. The transaction was
led by Madison Street Capital Senior Managing Director Barry Petersen and Jonathan Wolfe, Managing
Partner of STREAM Capital Partners.

The transaction, focusing on the sale-leaseback of just five of our locations, has afforded us the
opportunity to raise capital, reinvest and expand our reach into the emerging express car wash market at a
much quicker pace, said Randall S. Simpson, President and CEO of WLR Automotive Group, Inc. CFO
for the company, Jacquie Jenkins, offered, Barry Peterson and Jonathan Wolfe were instrumental in
assisting us in exploring options and finding the perfect model to help us position ourselves for rapid
growth.

Barry Petersen noted Randall Simpson and the WLR team have grown revenue every year since
beginning operations in 1987 in a capital-intensive industry. This transaction allows WLR to continue this
strong path via continued site expansion in the Northeast with market leading design, and very innovative
management systems. Working alongside Jonathan Wolfe and the Stream Capital team was key to
completing the transaction.
