GUIDELINES OF CAD COMMAND

DRAW TOOL BAR:

1. LINE command
Type L - enter
Specify first point: (pick on the drawing area)
Specify next point: (pick on the drawing area) ( Ex. 4) enter

2.RAY command
Type RAY - enter
Specify first point: (pick at the center of arc)
Specify through point: (pick on the edge of a circle) enter

3.CONSTRUCTION LINE command


Type XL - enter
Specify a point or ( hor , angle, vert, bisect, offset) H - enter
Pick on the drawing area

4.MULTILINE command
Type ML - enter
Specify first point or (justification ,score ,style) sc - enter
Enter mline scale (0.00) type the value - enter
Specify first point or ( justification, scale, style ) j - enter
Enter justification type (top , zero , bottom ) z - enter
Pick first point or justification, scale, style )

6.POLYGON command :

7. RECTANGLE command
Type REC - enter
Pick first corner point of rectangle ( chamfer, elevation, fillet,
thickness,
width ) pick on the drawing area
Specify another corner point or (Dimension) D enter
Specify length o f rectangles ( 0.000) type the length enter
Specify width of rectangles ( 0.000) type the width enter
Pick anywhere on the drawing area ( to fixed your drawing)
8.ARC command
Type A - enter
Pick first point of an arc
Pick second point of an arc
Pick end point of an arc

9.CIRCLE command
Type C - enter
Pick center point of circle
Specify radius of a circle (diameter) D or R - enter
type the value - enter

10. DONUT command


Type DO - enter
Specify inside diameter of donut (0.00) .2 - enter
Specify outside diameter of donut (0.00) 2 - enter
Specify center of donut or (exit) pick on the drawing area

11.SPLINE command
Type SPL - enter
Specify first point : pick on the drawing area
Specify next point: pick on the drawing area
Specify next point: pick on the drawing area- 3 times enter

12.)ELLIPSE command
Type EL enter
Specify distance to other axis 1
Specify distance to other axis or (rotation) 2 enter

13.)HATCH command

Swatch : pick
Ansi, iso, predefined , custom ( pick the ansi)
Pick points ( pick internal points ) enter ok

14.) TEXT command

Specify first corner (pick on the drawing area)
Specify opposite corner (pick on the drawing area)
Change the font style into Romans
Change the font height into .2

Plot style table(pen assignments):
TEXT: (pick) a. new (pick)
TEXT APPERANCE: b. pick start from scratch (next)
