To Whom It May Concern,

Luis Rios has asked me to write a letter of recommendation and I accepted to do so

without a second thought. It has been pleasure having Luis as one of my students,
at El Capitan High School. Luis is very friendly by nature with a good sense of
humor and seems to be liked by all who know him.

Luis is kind, honest, and organized. He has excellent social skills. He is great at
communicating with others and is outgoing. He is always determined and
hardworking when it comes to achieving his goals. Luis is also a confident
individual. Luis plans to attend Merced College and study to be a mechanic. His
long term goal is to own his own car shop, a goal that I know he will reach with the
determination that he has.

Luis has excellent moral character . He exemplifies the values of honesty, integrity
and perseverance. He is a well-rounded person with the ability to perform well in a
wide variety of occupations. I strongly recommend Luis for employment.
