Summary & Overview

TORAH

Leviticus 1:1 | The Burnt Offering

Leviticus 2:1 | Grain Offerings
Leviticus 3:1 | Offerings of Well-Being
Leviticus 4:1 | Sin Offerings
Leviticus 5:14 | Offerings with Restitution

Last week we concluded the Book of Exodus or Shemot

that means Names. Prior to that, we studied the Book
of Genesis or Bresheet that means in the Beginning.
This week we start with the book of Leviticus or Vayikra
that means He called. In Genesis we studied Creation
and the Garden of Eden, the fall of man and the
revelation of the Restoration of Creation through the
people called Israel. The Book ends with the blessings or Prophecies spoken over
the twelve sons of Jacob who became the Nation of Israel through whom YHVH
will establish His Kingdom here on earth. Exodus is about naming the people or
appointing the people through the work of Moses, establishing a Covenant
relationship between YHVH and His people Israel so that they can be set apart to
fulfil their calling, as promised to Abraham. This Book ends with the completion of
the House of YHVH where He dwelled with Israel as they travelled through the
Wilderness (more detail regarding this is the Book of Numbers).
Leviticus or Vayikra is the third Book of the Torah (5 first books of the Bible) and is
all about calling and appointing spiritual leaders who would fulfil certain functions
within His House that has just been constructed. The restoration work needed to
be done within the people first, and the Levitical Priesthood facilitated the system
and process to achieve this inner work. In this Book, we will look at some of the
functions and aspects of the Priesthood as well as their work, applying the
systems that are to be rolled out within the framework of the Tabernacle that
includes the Sacrificial System. Remember everything that is described in this
Book, is a shadow of the real that happens in the Spiritual, that forms the gearwork
of the Restoration Process of humanity as well as His Fallen Creation.

Interesting Facts Regarding Leviticus
The Heart of YHVH
To look at the beginning and the end of the Torah we will see
what is contained within it, and what YHVHs motive was for
giving it to His people.

Gen 1:1

Deut 34:12

The first word in the Torah is Bresheet, and the last word in the Torah is
Yisrael. Bresheet means in the beginning and Yisrael means the straight or
righteous people of El or Elohim. The first letter in the Torah is the letter Bet b
and the last letter of the Torah is the letter Lamed l Bet b means Houseand
Lamed l means learning; giving the meaning, learning in the House of YHVH.
When you put these two letters together, they form the word bawl lb that
means heart, and if you read it from left to right, you get the word labe, bl that
means; heart, center of all things, intelligence and wisdom.
This shows that the Torah is in the heart of YHVH and that is what His Spirit is
doing today, writing His Torah on our hearts. This implies that His Torah is the
center of all things and the foundation of all intelligence and wisdom. The Torah is
an expression of His love and He wants us to learn His Torah when we become
part of His Household.

The Foundation of the Torah

Dvarim - Deuteronomy
Vayikra - Leviticus

Bamidbar - Numbers
The Book of Leviticus is found in the center of the Torah and is
Bresheet- Genesis

Shemot - Exodus

represented by the central branch of the Menorah if you place

the 5 Books of the Torah on a Menorah Pattern. We have
learned previously, that the Central Branch is foundational
and is the most important branch of the Menorah because
it upholds all the other branches. In the same way, the
other four Books hang from Leviticus making it the
heart and most important Book in the Torah.
The heart of the Father is His Torah that is given to man
out of love, and this love will be centred or be
concentrated right in the middle, in the Book of Leviticus.
Q What are the central topics of Leviticus?
The Sacrificial System makes up the core theme of the
Book of Leviticus and is the core and essence of the Fathers love for humanity
through which He removes the barrier so that we can draw closer to Him. The
Sacrifices are the foundational aspects that make up a Covenant and are required
to have a Covenant Relationship with YHVH.

2
These sacrifices make it possible to have a love relationship with Him. In the Book
of Exodus, we learned about the importance of the Tabernacle that is the topic that
takes up most chapters in the whole of Scripture, that is the foundational and most
important topic of the Book of Exodus. In the same way, the Sacrificial System is
the most important topic, not only of the Book of Leviticus, but also the Torah. This
is because of its location in the heart of the Torah All these central topics makes
up the building blocks that are required to accomplish the Restoration of Creation
that includes the redemption of man.

The Center to of the Torah

We know that Leviticus is the Center of the Torah and contains all
the regulations regarding the Temple Service and the Sacrificial
System. Now we are going to zoom in deeper to see what is in
the center of the Book of Leviticus.
Center Word in the Torah and Leviticus: The Torah consists of
an even number of words, that means that there are two words in
the center of the Torah. These words will be significant and will
reveal the heart of the Torah; they are; srd srdw derosh, darash
that means, to certainly search or to study thoroughly.

The letters from right to left: Dalet Resh Shin. Dalet d means Door, Resh
r means Head or Leader and Shin s means Fire and Spirit of YHVH. The
numerical values of letters are Shin 300 - Resh 200 - Dalet 4 that adds up to
504. The other meanings associated with the gematria of 504 is (chatsoth): middle
or center, (tankhoom): consolidation, encouragement and comfort, (tidawl): great
son, (shered): line maker, (tophapah): forehead, frontlets.
Spiritual Insight: The heart of Leviticus is about the concept to certainly search
YHVHs Word which you need to meditate and think upon, keeping it in the
forefront of your mind. His Word will encourage and comfort you in difficult times
and will protect you if you walk within its lines or boundaries. Then you will be
transformed into a great son and daughter in the Household of the Father.
The verse in which the words derosh derash is found in, is Lev 10:16. This is the
passage that describes Moses searching the goat that will become a sin offering:
Lev 10:16 And Moses diligently sought the goat of the sin offering, and,
behold, it was burnt: and he was angry with Eleazar and Ithamar, the sons
of Aaron which were left alive, saying, Moses sought a goat.
It says that Moses diligently searched the Goat of the sin sacrifice.
Q What will you find when you search for this goat?
Spiritual Insight: When you study the sacrifices you will know that the sin
sacrifice is a female sheep, not a goat, except on the Yom Kippur, or Day of
Atonement, then it is a male goat. This goats blood was taken and sprinkled
upon the mercy seat, inside the Holy of Holies. The context of Lev chapter 10 is
the death of Aarons two sons, Nadab and Abihu, because they brought strange
fire or foreign worship before YHVH. Moses then asked Aarons other two sons,
Eleazar and Ithamar, where the goat for the sin offering was, and they replied;
it is burnt up.

3
Burn is the word seraph that is also used in Exo 12:10 in regards to the
Passover Lamb that needs to be eaten and that which is left over, should be
burned with fire. This connects the sin sacrifice Goat with the Passover Lamb
as revealed by John the Baptist in John 1:29 saying; behold, the Lamb of
God Who takes away the sin of the world. This is the prophetic picture of the
Sacrifice Who is to come, Whos blood was presented to the Father. This is the
Blood of Yshua, Who shed the blood of this sin sacrifice, as well as taking away
the sins of the world (two goat sacrifice of Yom Kippur).
Lev 10:17 confirms this truth when Moses said; Why have you not eaten the
sin offering in the place of the sanctuary, since it is a thing most holy and has
been given to you that you may bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make
atonement for them before YHVH?
Q - If Yshua is the Goat sin offering, did he annul the Torah through
His redemptive work?
Rom 10:4 Messiah is the end of the Torah, in order to bring
righteousness to everyone who believes.
Paul is misquoted because of a mistranslation thinking the Yshua brought an
end to the Torah, abolishing it. The word end here is the Greek word
telos that means to set out for a definite point or goal); properly, the point
aimed at. Yshua is the Goal of the Torah, the One you will find if you derosh
darash or certainly search the Torah, then will find the goat of the sin offering,
Who is Yshua, the Passover Lamb, the One we must partake of, in order to
bear our iniquities.
Luke 29:19-20 And He took the bread, gave thanks and broke it, and
gave it to them, saying, This is My body, given for you; do this in
remembrance of Me. 20In the same way, after supper He took the cup,
saying, This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out
for you.
Goat is the word saiyr that means, goat, hair, covering, vile, offensive,
recon, reason out, horror, gate, unit of measure.
The goat sin sacrifice represents YHVHs covering (kippur) for His people so
that their sin can be taken away. Their sin was transferred to the goat by the
High Priest, by placing his hands on the head of the goat before it was
sacrificed. The goat then became vile, offensive because of the sin that came
upon it and faced the horror of death, so that the goat will die in the place of the
people, giving its blood as the redemption or payment for their sin.
This had to be done every year on the Appointed Time called Yom Kippur
because the value of the blood was not able to pay for all sin, for all eternity.
Yshua became the sin sacrifice (represented by two goats), and His bloods
value was enough to pay for all sin, throughout all generations over time, as
well as for those who are not born yet. That is why the sin sacrifice of the goat is
no longer required because Yshuas Blood is enough.
Those who search the Scripture will find who the goat of the sin sacrifice is
and if they believe in Him, their sin will be transferred and be paid for. This is
what it means to be redeemed.

4
Eph 1:7-8 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the
forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace,
8that He lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding.

Center Letter in the Torah and Leviticus: If you zoom in a bit deeper into the
center of the Book of Leviticus, which is also the center of the Torah, you will find
something very profound; the center letter of the Torah. This letter will represent
what is in the very heart of the Father.
Q What is the center letter in the Torah and in Leviticus?
In the middle of the Torah you will find the letter Vav v that has the number (6)
and represents man or humanity. Everything that Father did and spoke is for the
benefit of man. Everything Yshua did for us is for our benefit. Everything recorded
in the Book of Leviticus is describing the detail of the spiritual behind the scene
things that needs to be in place to restore man to his former glory. These words
are not old, boring and stupid but are His words of Wisdom and his actions of
love for us that the ignorant do not understand or comprehend. Those who
certainly search His Word, specifically the Book of Leviticus, will find wisdom and
understanding as well as the heart of the Father.

v
The word that contains this letter Vav v is found in the word belly ] xg
"gaw-khone and is only used twice in Scripture. The first time is in Gen 3:14
where YHVH cursed the Serpent and made it move on its belly, the second time is
this passage here in Leviticus chapter 11:
Lev_11:42 Anything going on its belly, and any going on all four,
and all having many feet, even every swarming thing that swarms on
the earth, you shall not eat them. For they are an abomination.
What is interesting is that the first sin committed that caused the fall of man was
about eating. They ate the things not permitted and caused them to be removed
from the Garden of Eden. This vav or man finds himself this time in the middle of
the belly, not the garden and needs to make a decision of what to eat and what
not to eat, according to the prescriptions of the Father.
The Letter Vav represents man in a fallen state after eating from the wrong
tree, and the restoration process recorded in Leviticus gives guidelines
regarding food and things that are not food. If I chose to eat whatever I want
and follow my own will regarding this area of my life, then I am actually
following the advice of the one who primarily move on his belly, namely the
Serpent. The highest commandment in Satanism is to do thy own will and if
you apply that commandment to this context, then eating what you want and
not what YHVH prescribes is just as offensive as to when Adam and Eve
ate the wrong fruit. You are what you eat, and you worship the one you
obey, think about it.
Isa 66:17-18 "Those who sanctify and purify themselves to go to the
gardens, Following one in the center, Who eat swine's flesh, detestable
things and mice, Will come to an end altogether," declares YHVH. 18"For I
know their works and their thoughts; the time is coming to gather all
nations and tongues. And they shall come and see My glory.

5
Q Who is in the center?
It is the abdominal thing that creeps on its belly, the Serpent. We should not follow
him and listen to what he has to say regarding what to eat and not to eat or
anything for that matter.

YHVH Revealed in the Torah

YHVH gave us hints hidden in the Hebrew text to emphasise the importance of
this Book. If you count every 50 letters from the last letter from the first word,
Beresheet, in the Book of Genesis, that is the letter t tav, it spells hvhy Yod
Hey Vav Hey, the Name of YHVH. The same pattern is found counting every
50 letters in the Book of Exodus, revealing YHVH. When you go to the Book of
Numbers, starting with the word Moshe, with the letter hey and count every 50
letters it spells yhvh Hey Vav - Hey Yod, that is YHVH's Name backwards.
The same is found in the Book of Deuteronomy, spelling YHVHs Name
backwards.
When you go to the Book of Leviticus it is slightly different; you only get His Name
when you count every 8th letter, revealing hvhy Yod Hey Vav Hey or
YHVH. The first two Books and the last two Books points inwards to the Book of
Leviticus, revealing YHVH. The number 50 means Grace, and the number 8
means "New Beginnings." This makes the Book of Leviticus the centrepiece of
YHVH's Restoration work, creating a New Beginning, revealing Himself to man,
restoring everything back to the way it was in the Garden of Eden where He
walked with Adam (man).

The Sacrificial System

Sacrifice and offering is related to the word
Qorban ]brq that means; an offering, gift, to
draw near. Prayer is also a way to draw near to
YHVH and is well understood among Jewish
people today. That is why they have the morning
and evening prayers to be a substitute for the
morning and evening sacrifices, because of the
absence of the Temple.
The majority of Churches today believe that sacrifices are obsolete and done away
with but they do not make the connection that it has a similar function as prayer.
Contrary to popular belief, the purpose of qorbanot (sacrifices) was not to obtain
forgiveness from sin. Forgiveness was only received from YHVH through His
grace.

The symbol of the animal that died was to reveal the penalty for sin, which is
death, and that the animal died instead of them because of YHVHs Grace.
If the person did not bring his offering in faith, it meant nothing, and he /she
received no forgiveness. Forgiveness is only through faith and repentance by His
Grace. There were different kinds of Sacrifices, and each one had a different
purpose; one kind was brought purely for the purpose of communing with YHVH
and bringing you closer to Him.

6
Another kind of sacrifice had to do with expressing your love and gratitude towards
YHVH, and lastly, there were sacrifices for sin and cleansing. Every single
sacrifice is connected to the work of Messiah and prophetic in what Yshua
accomplished on the stake (cross). The complexity of the sacrificial system reveals
the complex nature of the work Yshua had to do to restore humanity from their
fallen state. If you think sacrifices are cruel and the invention of a bloodthirsty God,
then you do not understand this complexity and why they exist in the first place.
The primary reason they exist is because of mans sin and YHVHs fallen creation
as a result of sin.
As discussed in previous Torah Portions, the Tabernacle Pattern is a way to reveal
spiritual things in a Physical way so that we can understand it. We can study these
five sacrifices in the same way by placing them within the Tabernacle Pattern. This
will link to different elements of the Tabernacle, revealing another level of truth,
showing how the sacrifices play a part in the Restoration Processes. Lastly, we will
look at how each type of sacrifice, how it relates to our relationship with YHVH, as
previously explained using the Tabernacle Pattern. Sacrifices are pictures of what
our offerings should look like, and these five qorbanot describe how we should
approach YHVH.

1. hli (olah) whole burnt offering Lev 1:1-7 Voluntary

2. hxnm (minchah) meal offering Lev 2:1-16 Voluntary
3. ,ymls (shelamim) peace offering Lev 3:1-17 Voluntary
4. taux (chatat) sin & purification offering Lev 4:1-35 Obligated
5. ,sa (asham) guilt offering for repentance Lev 5:6-19 Obligated

The order in which the Sacrifices are given in, reveals its importance, as well as
their type; some were obligated, and others were voluntary expressions of
gratitude and worship towards YHVH. In this Torah Portion, the first three listed
are voluntary worship type sacrifices, and the last two were obligated, and
everybody had to partake in them as part of the process that allows them to make
the other three voluntary sacrifices. The first three, the Burnt-offering, the Meal
Offering and the Peace-offering were offerings of worship unto YHVH, and the last
two; the Sin offering and Guilt or Cleansing offering, were required to take away
sin and cleanse each participant.

7
Placing these sacrifices on the Tabernacle Pattern reveals that the first three listed
are part of the last three steps in your relationship and the last two listed, are the
first things you need to do that allow you into the Household of YHVH. This gives a
beautiful outline of the steps required to enter the House of YHVH, and then the
voluntary actions of worship that have to do with spiritual maturity.

Sacrifices & Forgiveness

Q How were people saved in the Old Testament times?
You can only be saved if you have received
YHVHs forgiveness. We are saved from the wrath
of YHVH; the anger YHVH has towards sin and the
actions that destroy His Creation. The people of
Israel were not saved through the Sacrificial
System but received salvation the same way we
receive salvation today; by faith through grace. You
will only be saved if you received forgiveness, and
forgiveness is something only YHVH can give.
Israel did not automatically receive forgiveness when they brought sacrifices; they
had to believe that their sin is transferred to the anaimal and that YHVH is
gracious to let them live as the animals blood paid for their sin.
The act of bringing a sacrifice was and still is connected to the persons heart
attitude, coming before YHVH in humility and repentance, while presenting their
symbol of faith and repentance through their sacrifice. This makes the sacrifices
the symbolic objects of repentance and worship towards YHVH.
Today we draw near through prayer, presenting our Symbol of faith, that is
Yshua, and the reason we ask for forgiveness in His Name. This links the concept
of sacrifices to prayer, and both have the same purpose; to draw near to YHVH.
Yshuas Sacrifice still stands, and you can trust that YHVH had transferred all
your sin unto Him as you repent and ask forgiveness before Him. Through this
faith and by His grace, you will be forgiven, just as He did with Israel during the
times of the Tabernacle and Temple.

The Master Surgeon

Q Why is it that something so gory and bloody
can be a sweet smelling offering to YHVH that is
pleasing to Him and not to us?

When man sinned, YHVH covered Adam and Eve

with skin. Skin is the word or Ayin-Vav-Resh
rvi that sound similar to the word or Aleph-Vav-
Resh rva that means light. This indicates that the skin Adam and Eve had was
like light or glory radiating from them, but when sin came, YHVH changed it to the
skin we know today. YHVH decided to do an operation on humanity to cut away
the cancer called fallen human nature, and He did this through the medium of
animal sacrifices. If I rephrase the question, you will understand why it is pleasing
to YHVH to see the blood of the sacrifices.

8
Q Is it pleasing for a Surgeon to do an operation and to see blood?
Yes, any professional Doctor conducting an operation on someone feels satisfied
once the operation is completed and successful. In the same way, it pleases
YHVH to do operations on us. These operations look like the Sacrificial System
from our point of view, but to Him, it is a delicate procedure to remove the
cancerous defiled cells that defiled our nature. Through this process He starts to
restore our skin and cover us with a new skin, Ore, that is His Light and Glory,
just the way it was in the Garden of Eden.

Drawing Near to YHVH

Leviticus is the word "Vayikra" that means. ...and He called. The opening verse
of Leviticus is as follows:
Lev 1:1-2 And YHVH called to Moses and spoke to him out of the
tabernacle of the congregation, saying, (2) Speak to the sons of Israel and
say to them, If any one of you brings (qarab) an offering (qorban) to YHVH,
you shall bring (qarab) your offering (qorban) of the cattle, of the herd
(baqar) and of the flock.
The words used for bring, offering and herd have something in common:

Qarab (bring): brq qof resh bet

Qorban (offering): ]brq qof resh bet nun
Baqar (herd): rqb bet qof resh

All these words have three letters in common, q qof, r resh and b bet. To
bring (qarab) and offering (qorban), are exactly the same words with only a nun ]
added to change what you bring, into an offering so that you can draw near to
YHVH. It is good to be part of the Kingdom, but it is better to be fruitful in the
Kingdom and mean something to other people, not only to care about your own
salvation, but to help others to draw near to YHVH (Father). Lets look at each of
these letters and their meanings in context of these opening verses in the Book of
Leviticus. We will look at these words and the meaning of the letters, reading it
from left to right, the same way we approach YHVHs things, first from the physical
(left), that leads us to the insights of the spiritual (right).

Qof q means back of the head that symbolises repentance.

Resh r means head, leader and human reasoning.
Bet b means house, specifically referring to the House of YHVH which
is represented by the Tabernacle.

Offering is the word Qorban that means; an offering, gift, to draw near. It consists
of the letters qof resh bet nun ]brq:
Nun ] means fruitfulness and fish: This indicates that the Offerings or
Sacrifices have to do with making us fruitful in our ability to fish.

9
Matt 4:19 Come, follow Me, Yshua said, and I will make you fishers of
men.
Bet b means House: These fish will be brought into the House (Bet), which
show us that the only way to enter into the House if through the Sacrificial System.
Those who are already in the House are those who are fishers of men and bring
these new fish into the House of the Father, being fruitful (nun) in their ability to
do so.
Resh r means head or leader as well as human reasoning: Those who entered
into the House will be exposed to the five different kinds of Offerings that will break
down the human reasoning, replacing it with faith, and will remove your authority
being the leader or master of your life, help you to submit under the authority or
Headship (Resh) of Messiah Yshua.

Qof q means back of the head, that is associated with repentance, making a
a180 degree turn, going the other way. Your head (qof is now facing the resh,
your new Master, Who is Yshua rq. Repenting and looking or following your
Master is the word kar that means cold. This word is first found in Scripture in
Gen 8:22 where YHVH said there would be seed, time and harvest, cold and heat,
day and night. YHVH said this to Noah right after the Flood, after Noah took one
from all the clean animals, and made a burnt offering or olah unto YHVH. This
sweet smell of the offerings made Him rest from his anger and He said He will
never destroy/cleanse the earth with water again. In context of the Offerings
(Qorbanot, plural for qorban), means that the Offering (qorban) Noah brought
YHVH prevent another judgement. Those who look upon the One (kar - rq -
turning towards your new Master), Who was pierced (sacrificed), those will not be
judged, just like Noah and his family.
Zec 12:10 And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of
Jerusalem a Spirit of grace and pleas for mercy, so that, when they look on
Me, on Him Whom they have pierced, they shall mourn for Him, as one
mourns for an only child, and weep bitterly over Him, as one weeps over a
firstborn.
Isa 53:5 But He was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for
our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on Him; and by
His wounds we are healed.
Spiritual Insight: The story of the flood and Noah being saved is the best
picture of what Salvation really means. You need to be fished out of the world,
brought into the House of YHVH (boat), humble yourself and submit to your new
Master, Who is Yshua. If you Turn to Him and look upon the one (qof turning
the head to look to the Master/King Resh, Who was pierced, then you will be
Saved because He became the Sacrifice that let YHVH rest from His anger.
Herd is the word baqar rqb that consists of a bet qof resh. The verse
says that you will bring (qarab) your offering (qorban) of the herd (baqar). Baqar
comes from the root word baqer that means to search, to inspect, to admire, to
consider and to look for.

10
This word is used in 2 Kings 16:15 where it tells the story of an evil king of Judah
named Ahaz, who defiled YHVHs Temple and Sacrificial service. He even
sacrificed one of his sons to Molech. He only reigned for 16 years and was
succeeded by his son, King Hezekiah, a righteous king.
Hezekiah means YHVH is my strength. When he came into power, he
ordered the Levites to purify and repair the Temple, purge it from idols, and reform
the priesthood. In an effort to abolish what he considered idolatry from his
kingdom, he destroyed the high places (or bamot) and "bronze serpent" (or
"Nehushtan"), recorded as being made by Moses, which became objects of
idolatrous worship.
In place of this, he centralised the worship of YHVH at the Jerusalem Temple.
Hezekiah also resumed the Passover pilgrimage and the tradition of inviting the
scattered tribes of Israel to take part in a Passover festival. He sent messengers to
Ephraim and Manasseh inviting them to Jerusalem for the celebration of the
Passover. The messengers, however, were not only not listened to, but were even
laughed at; only a few men of Asher, Manasseh, and Zebulun came to Jerusalem.
Nevertheless, the Passover was celebrated with great solemnity and such
rejoicing as had not been in Jerusalem since the days of Solomon.

Yshua, just like Hezekiah are restoring the Fathers House as well as the Festivals
and some of His people are ignorant and laughs at His efforts, thinking it is
abolished.

Misconceptions Regarding Sacrifices

When we were raised in the Church, we have some misconceptions about
Sacrifices, and we need to clear up these misconceptions to understand what
YHVH is doing and why He is doing this.
The first misconception is that Leviticus is the least important Book in the Bible
because Jesus died as a Sacrifice for us and all the Sacrifices are done away with.
This statement is not entirely true because after Yshua had died, the Sacrifices
continued for another 40 years.
Q Why did the Sacrifices stop?
The Sacrifices are part of the Temple Service and without a Temple, there cannot
and may not be any Sacrifices. After the Temple was destroyed in 70 AD, the
Sacrificial System stopped but not because of the blood of Messiah.
When you read through the Prophets, every time the people repented, the Temple
was rebuilt, and the Sacrifices started up again. When humanity repents, the
Temple of YHVH will be rebuild known as the new Jerusalem and there will be
Sacrifices again. What!!?
Isa 56:6-8 Also the sons of the stranger, who join themselves to YHVH to
serve Him, and to love the Name of YHVH, to be His servants, everyone who
keeps from defiling the Sabbath, and takes hold of My Covenant; 7 even
them I will bring to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My House
of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted on My
altar; for My House shall be called a House of prayer for all peoples,
8 says the Master YHVH who gathers the outcasts of Israel, Yet I will gather

beside him his gathered ones.

11
Last week we looked at Isa 54 talking about the sons of the barren one in the
context of the restoration of the Bride. Here it continues with the prophecy
regarding the Gentiles (sons of the stranger) coming in to be part of the Covenant.
With them, YHVH will gather the outcasts of Israel which are the lost tribes of
Israel who were scattered across the whole world.
This prophecy is still in the process of being fulfilled and started with Pauls
ministry and is better known as the mystery of the Gospel. Yshua started this
process gathering of the sheep, focussing on the Jews (Judah, Benyamin & Levi)
first. Later on, through Pauls ministry, the gathering of the Gentiles (sons of the
stranger / barren one Isa 54) started and is still happening in our day. People
who disregard Pauls writings do not understand these prophecies, and without the
work of Paul, the Gentiles would not have come in.
According to this prophecy, the Gentiles (believing in Messiah Yshua), will bring
burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted in the House of YHVH on His
Holy Mountain. This is after the House of YHVH is constructed again and will
happen in the time after Yshuas Second Coming, then all the nations will keep
His Sabbath and honour His Covenant and will love the Name of YHVH. This is
one of the prophecies that are quoted in the NT by Paul when he explained the
Gentiles that would come into the Kingdom of YHVH with Israel. Then we find a
second witness to this prophecy in chapter 66.
Isa 66:20-23 And they will bring all your brothers for an offering to
YHVH out of all nations on horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and on
mules, and on camels, to My holy mountain Jerusalem, says YHVH, as the
sons of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of YHVH. 21
And I will also take some of them (Gentile believers) for priests and for
Levites, says YHVH. 22 For as the NEW HEAVENS AND THE NEW
EARTH, which I will make stand before Me, says YHVH, so will your seed
and your name stand. 23 And it will be, from one NEW MOON to another,
and from one SABBATH to another, all flesh will come to worship before
Me, says YHVH.
Verse 22 states the context of the prophecy, and it refers to the time where there
will be NEW HEAVENS AND A NEW EARTH and this can only happen AFTER
the Second Coming of Yshua. Within this timeframe, we see that the people will
bring offerings into the House of YHVH on His Holy Mountain. He will even make
some of these Gentiles part of the Priesthood with the tribe of Levi. All flesh will
bring their offerings and worship YHVH from New Moon to New Moon, from
Sabbath to Sabbath in the new Kingdom at the mountain of YHVH in His House of
Worship, the New Jerusalem. These offerings are revealed in Isa 56 as burnt
offerings (olah) and sacrifices.
Zec 14:16 And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all
the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to
year to worship the King, YHVH of hosts, and to keep the Feast of
Tabernacles.
Zec 14 speaks about the celebration of the Feast of Sukkot, that is in the context
of the time after the Second Coming of Messiah Yshua.
I believe that the sacrifices that will be conducted after the Second Coming will be
sacrifices associated with this Feast, celebrating the New Jerusalem coming to
Earth and YHVHs presence among His people.

Numbers 29:12-40 describes all the sacrifices that will be conducted on every day
of this seven-day Festival. There are burnt or Olah offerings as well as Meat or
Minchah offerings together with a goat for a sin offering that made atonement for
the people celebrating. The goat offering, as discussed earlier, is represented by
the Atonement Sacrifice of Yshua the Messiah, and since He will be present at
this future Sukkot, is not required. The Olah and Minchah offerings will still be
done as per the requirements of the celebration of Sukkot where fire completely
consumes the Olah (burnt) offering and no one eats of it. This is an offering unto
YHVH that is solely prepared unto Him. The Minchah or Meal Offering, on the
other hand, is an offering both the Priests and the person who presents the
offering can eat from. This can be compared to what we know as a BBQ today,
preparing meant to eat in celebration unto YHVH. Both these offerings are referred
to in Isa 56 and 66 that will be conducted in the Kingdom after the Coming of
Messiah Yshua. The other Festivals (I believe), are part of the Restoration
Process that represents the Work of Messiah. During this time Yshua will be
present, we will have renewed bodies, meaning we are fully restored and thus
implies that the Festivals before Sukkot, will not be celebrated with all its required
sacrifices in the presence of the new Temple, that is the New Jerusalem.
