The week of Kidz Summer Quest was a huge success. Seventy children
came to know Christ as Savior and eighteen individuals indicated that
they had trusted Christ as Savior during our family night. Over 800
people attended during this very
special “Vacation Bible School”.
Over $5000 was raised to support
the Children’s Malnutrition
Center in Guatemala.

The family of First Baptist Church expresses the
deepest, heartfelt sympathy to the family of Louis
Fritz who passed away on June 20, 2010. He was a
member of the FAITH Team and Davidson’s BLG. Our
prayers are also with the family of Lee Fisher who went
home to be with the Lord. Please keep his family in

Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered
recovery program for overcoming hurts,
habits, and hang-ups. We meet on
Thursday nights at 6:00 p.m. in the
Student Center. Celebrate Recovery has
groups for both men and women dealing
with alcohol/chemical dependency,
codependency, sexual addiction, and
eating disorders. For more information,
