interaction with the help of HR (Train2GainUs (2006)). The implication of HR practices

means utilizing human capital the right way which can result in job satisfaction and employee

engagement. HR practices are used to overcome the employee and employer issues and it is

used to help both in the growth. Human capital is a valuable resource in any organization.

The important factor is to provide workplace structure for the effective use of human capital.

Part II: Summary

Organization is governed by many aspects; the main aspects are the culture and management

and leadership styles. The organization depends on the various development aspects of the

product and style. The development depends on the various factors towards the future and

long term success (Yuan, L., (2013)). As mentioned in the article, in an organization the team

building activities depends on below mentioned items:

Linkage between manager and team

Linkage between the team members
Alignment of the organization vision between the teams alignment
Motivation level among the team members

As mentioned in the article, the Management Systems sits above Operational Systems. In all

this aspects the team building is an important aspect of any organization development. In all

these aspects the company needs to have a clear vision for the growth and keeping team

totally motivated in the projects (Schermerhorn, J. R. (2012)).

Also the motivation of the teams is dependent on the culture of an organization. In all the

intrinsic motivation helps the team to grow and develop as compared to extrinsic motivation

which believes in overall team development. Team member's development is more important

as compared to team development. As team members leads to team development.

Part III: Review and Evaluate

There are many motivational theories which help the teams to grow and develop. At the same

time, managers should learn to motivate the teams and make sure the teams are aligned

towards organization mission. In order to have the same, the company should have a

motivational plan towards organization mission (Bailey, W.J., G. Hecht, and K.L. Towry.

(2011)).

If an individual is highly motivated then the projects are well handled leading to timely

completion and growth of the company. On the other hand if the team is not motivated then

the teams fail to achieve the project completion and thus leading to delay in the project's

completion. By doing regular appreciations the company can lead to successful teams and

growth of the company. This in turn helps the employees to grow (Barney, J. B. (1986)).

Team working is one of the most important success criteria of any project or task. It involves

team involvement, creativity and team building kind of activities which are most important

for completion of any task (Black, Richard J. (2003)). The main advantages of the working in

team are:

More ideas - as team involves people from diverse background hence there is no

dearth of ideas and working in teams usually enables more ideas and creativity.
More understanding - team work involves more patience and more maturity with

respect to listening and imparting ideas. This enables the members to be more

patiently listen to other team members

More fast completion of tasks at hand - working in team enables more timely and

speedy completion of tasks as team members can divide the tasks among themselves

and thus leading to early and effective completion (Yuan, L., (2013)).

If a person is working alone, then the main issues faced by him includes less ideas and thus

less creativity as the mindset of the person champions the work around him. Another main

disadvantage is the less productivity and more time to complete tasks at hand. The main

reason is the amount of work to be completed by a single person takes more time as

compared to be done in a team.

Part IV: Conclusion

An employee is always a vital entity of an organization. By doing regular motivation and

team work the teams grow and hence company grows. The article focuses on the same and

thus highlights the various mechanisms to grow the teams and the organization. Also the

article highlights the issues in the team motivation and team building. In any organization

both management and individual works in a team so that company is aligned to mission of the

organization.
