I shall be failing in my duty if I do not record my gratitude to all those


who helped, cooperated and guided me throughout the pursuit of this study.
Therefore, I wish to acknowledge, the individuals and the organization that
helped me to make this Report.

First of all, I shall record my thanks to my guru PROF SUBHASH


SONKAR, whos inspiring guidance has always been a source of
encouragement and without which it was impossible to complete this study
and present this report COMPARATIVE CONSTITUTION. His
encouragement acted as an energizer for me. I also owe much to DR.
RAJESH SAKHARE, principal of St. Wilfreds College of lawfor being a
motivator throughout this journey of architecting this report. I convey my
sincere thanks to the St. Wilfreds groups of colleges, to avail me the
opportunity to do so.

As the title itself suggest the report is a complete treatise on


comparative constitution. The main emphasis of this report is on the
differences between various constitution, its features, merits and demerits
while comparing the constitutions.

Last but not the least I would like to thank all my friends and family
for valuable suggestion while extracting the report.
