Midterm: Research

I. RESEARCHERS:

Curriculum Vitae of six (6) researchers (Surname, Given Name Middle Name)

II. PROJECT TITLE (and General Description):

State the introduction and description of the proposed Business Facility


(Cafe) minimum of 100 sq.m. floor area

III. PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

Identify the project goal and enumerate the objective of the project in
relation to example, to its users/clientele, market share, local community,
employment, local development, etc.

IV. SITE SELECTION CRITERIA (for the proposed Cafe):

Determine the checklist or site selection criteria for the proposed business
facility.
(Please include the source or citation)

V. SITE DATA:

Give at least three (3) sites and its corresponding site data based on its
location, lot area, physical condition, biological condition, cultural attribute
and land use suitability. (Including photos of potential sites in panoramic
view and aerial view through Google Earth)

VI. SITE EVALUATION:

Evaluate the potential sites based on its access/transportation, utilities,


zoning, useable space, political environment, physical constraints,
community character, acquisition costs, design costs, permitting costs,
operations and maintenance costs, etc.

VII. RANKING:

In tabulated form, rate the site based on the given evaluation of site
requirement. (Quantitative rating scale shall have five classes: 0 =
unacceptable or least desirable; 1 = poor; 2 = fair; 3 = good; and 4 =
excellent or most desirable), and select the best site.

VIII. CONCEPTUAL PLANS AND PERSPECTIVES: (In A3 Size Paper)

Site Development Plan, Floor Plan(s), Interior Perspectives (s) and Exterior
Perspective

Submission on January 11, 2017 for MW Class and January 12, 2017 for TTH Class
