Cheese Bluder

Ingredients
1. 500 grams of flour
2. 150 grams of milk powder
3. 250 grams of sugar
4. 11 grams of instant yeast (Fermipan)
5. 80 grams of gratin
6. 8 eggs yolk
7. 250 milligrams of warm water
8. 150 grams of butter
9. teaspoon of salt
Material :
1. Oven
2. Large tray
3. Stirring spoon
4. Big plastic bowl
How to make
1. Put the flour, milk powder, sugar, and instant yeast into the bowl. Mix
them and stirred it well
2. Put the eggs yolk into the bowl and mix it
3. Pour the warm mater slowly (little by little) into the dough until the
dough mixed well
4. Put the butter and salt into the dough, mix it
5. Add half of the gratin into the batter
6. Put the batter into the tray and let it be for more or less 20 minutes
7. Put the rest of the of the half gratin on the top of the batter
8. Set the ovens temperature to 180C and put the batters tray into the
oven. Bake it for 45 minutes
9. After 45 minutes, take the baked batter out of the oven, and remove it to
a bigger plate
10.Slice the Bluder to rectangular-shape
11.Ready to serve
