PREFACE

National Institute of Fashion Technology has a Graduation projects for its students of final year so
he/she has a exposure to the industry. The industry internship is aimed towards blending the
classroom principles with industry application for the students and to acclimatize with the
industry and the organization to gain knowledge about its department, ideologies and plans.

The document helps to present my experience as an internee in Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd .I work
there in design department and also got the opportunity there to work in there leather grading
and product Design.

It gave me the essence of how E commerce and design work Parallel.

I have tried to summarize my work experience and design collection in this report. The internship
also helped me to improve my interpersonal communication skills with colleagues, peer groups
and workers.

Project Breif - To design a Leather Docket , for Grading the leather Products.

Insight:- In this project the Leather has Been analyzed by is manufacturing process, to its usability
considering various other factor, and availability.

Use:- This Docket will be used in classifying and ranking the leather goods according to their
Value, durability , Manufacturing process, and dying techniques, including the other natural
properties inherited by the leather during the process.
