I decided to purchase the schedule mentioned with in the destitution of Sub-Registrar,
_______________ and I affixed my thumb impression on the format prescribed by the
Government of Andhra Pradesh under Section 32 A of Indian Registration Act which is to be
enclosed along with the sale deed to be executed in my favour.
It is not possible for me to proceed to the Sub-Registrar's Office to get the Sale Deed to be
obtained in my favour and to be registered personally and I hereby appoint you as my agent to
admit the execution of my thumb impression and also my photograph on the format prescribed
by the Government of Andhrapr adesh under Section 32 a of Indian Registration Act before the
concerned Sub-Register's Office or any officer competent to present the same along with the sale
deed to be obtained in my favour for registration and affix the thumb impressions and sign in
Thumb Impression Register as instructed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in records of
Sub-Registrar under the Indian Registration Act and to do all things necessary and incidental for
the completion of registration of the said Sale Deed.
All acts deeds and things done by you in connection with the registration with the registration
of the Sale Deed shall be deemed to have been done by me personally.
