Notice of Appointment of Interim Judicial Manager

Hamish Alexander Christie of this office has been appointed the Interim Judicial Manager of
DTD SG ("IJM") pursuant to an Order made by the High Court of the Republic of Singapore
dated 15 September 2016 ("Order"). A copy of the draft Order is enclosed. A copy of the
sealed Order will be forwarded to you once it is available.

Upon the appointment of the IJM, the powers of the directors of DTD SG have been
suspended. All affairs, business and prope1iy of DTD SG including its subsidiaries and group
companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, India and the PRC and elsewhere
(together "DTD Group") must now be managed by the IJM. Among other things, the
responsibilities of the IJM include identifying, taking control of, protecting and preserving
the assets and business of DTD SG and canying out such investigations as the IJM may
consider necessary.

Processing of Orders

A key focus of the IJM is to maintain and enhance the operations of DTD SG and we look
forward to working with you in this regard. There will however, be a number of
administrative changes in relation to your account with DTD SG.

In light of the appointment of the IJM, with effect from 15 September 2016, you are
requested to note in your future orders that the IJM has been appointed to DTD SG by
including the words "Interim Judicial Manager Appointed" after the name of DTD SG.
Further, any amount due to DTD SG is to be settled by cheque made payable to "Dragon
Technology Distribution Pte. Ltd. (Interim Judicial Manager Appointed)" and delivered to
the IJM.

immediately by sending to this office a cheque payable to "Dragon Technology Distribution
Pte. Ltd. (Interim Judicial Manager Appointed)". If you would like to make other payment
